Cosy place at the bottom of a pretty outlook, peaceful and relaxed. Great amenities and breakfast snacks, the highlight for me was the pool - great temperature to have a dip in the morning! Melanie was lovely to chat to and the 2 dogs were adorable. This was a really great stay, thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at Caron's cabin. It is such a beautiful, private and peaceful spot. Caron was very responsive and helpful and we really enjoyed chatting with her. We will definitely be back!

We only stayed 2 nights but could have happily stayed more. A beautiful location to spend a couple of days. We found it really easy getting up to cathedral cove and hot water beach from here but equally enjoyed the local area. The place itself has obviously had a lot of love and attention given to it, the kids especially loved the outside bath.

Amazing stay at Margot’s place. The view from the terrace is amazing. Margot was so attentive to us, I recommend!

we enjoyed our stay very much beautiful garden and a comfortable space to relax for the weekend. Stephen and sue are great hosts and let us have a late check out as we have a baby and needed to feed him before the journey home. we recommend this lovely place we had a great time and are looking forward to coming back to this lovely place

Brenda's place is wonderful! You feel right at home, surrounded by nature and her beautiful garden. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Brenda is a fantastic host who suggested some local attractions to visit. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Lovely little air bnb just minutes away from the beach! Loved the decor and there were plenty of nice little touches, like chocolates on arrival, coffee machine and shampoo/body wash. Easy check in and out. thanks team!

We had a great stay at the Bach. The location is excellent, with the beach just across the road for swims and cafes, shops etc just a short walk away. David was very friendly and helpful and was flexible with our check out time.

We had absolutely amazing stay! We took evening banquet at Hobbiton and arrived almost at midnight. Suzie kindly left us rooms open and light turned on. Rooms were like a beacon in the night, promising long-awaited rest and comfort. All what we regretted that couldn’t stay longer. Breakfast variety was so great! homemade yogurt, milk, fruits, toasts and many more!

Had everything we need for a family of three and air conditioning that is essential at this time of year. Many thanks.

We had a lovely nights stay at Rose’s place. It is well situated in Whangamata with only a short walk to town/the beach. Rose was very helpful and gave us some good recommendations. The studio was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Hi Karen You have a fabulous place here. Love the setting and views. The gardens are brilliant. The way you have set up the little chalet is perfect. So close to your home and yet extremely private. I don't see how you could improve on something that is absolutely perfect. Having a absolutely gorgeous dog around the place and the few sheep in the paddock really makes the place feel homely. We had a magnificent stay and would highly recommend. Thanks again Stephen and Adele

Very beautiful garden, trees, and birds. So lovely and peaceful. The room was tidy and very clean. I had s good communication with the hosts Jennifer and Graeme. They are kind enough to bring a heater to meet my request. Thank them for their excellent hospitality.

Peaceful batch tucked away yet close to beach and everything convenient in Papamoa. Penny was very welcoming and ensured we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend, would stay here again!

This is truly five star accommodation. Every little detail was thought of. Most beautiful decor. So modern. Best bed we’ve slept on. So private. Heather had a basket of bakery items on the counter ready for us. Fridge had water, drinks, milk yoghurt. All other necessities like coffee, tea, sugar, muesli and spreads in cupboard. Such a relaxing few days, it’s a shame we didn’t get time to make use of the spa pool, but between watching regattas and doing sightseeing, we ran out of time. Will have to come back and I’m sure we will. Thanks David & Heather.

We fell in love with Waihi Beach and the Fat Fish studio! Spent four days here and never wanted to leave. Jeanette and Pete were so helpful and responsive; we really felt so well-taken care of. Such a gorgeous town, such a beautiful home. We especially loved the bathroom and the comfy bed, and the free bicycles. I took a luxurious bath in the outdoor bathtub with Jeanette's extra-special bath salts, which really helped recovery after all the bike riding and hiking that we did. Jeanette and Pete gave us the best recommendations for restaurants and did everything to make sure we had a perfect stay. They are truly special.
