Beach house vacation rentals in Waialua

The location was perfect for us as we were looking for a peaceful place to admire the beautiful natural scenery that Hawaii offers. It’s close to the ocean and is surrounded by the verdant mountains. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay here. Would love to stay here again. Thank you.

Easy access to a great beach. We did miss a couple days of swimming as the jellyfish were in and stung my oldest son, but it is the ocean and such things happen. We just drove a few minutes north to another beach our last day there. The house was just as described, it had everything we needed. I had read previous reviews about the busy road and loud ac units so we expected that, but I do agree. All in all, it was a great place for our family this trip and we were glad we stayed.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay . The house was new and clean . Location was great and convenient. We had a few minor issues with the air conditioner and a missing remote . But the host was quick to fix the issues . The house was roomy and spacious . Highly recommend for a large family or group .

You can't find a better location than Matt's home. It's in the traffic-free portion of the North Shore and the backyard literally opens up onto the beach. I fell asleep each night listening to the waves crashing on the beach, so relaxing!

Beautiful home, we enjoyed the location and surrounding beaches. The home had all the necessities we needed, including beach towels to use. We really enjoyed our vacation here!

This was the perfect location for our baby moon! The walking distance to the beach was very short and accessible. This location was also walking distance to a market and an açaí place we walked to every morning. Would definitely recommend this location! Saving this location for future stays in Kailua! The place was clean and host responsive.

This place worked great for our family. Had all the basics we needed to cook meals for our family while we were there and space for all of us too.

Charlie’s listing is excellent. Squeaky clean with a great view of the city/beach. Don’t hesitate to book his place. It also looks more larger in person than the photos present. Charlie also communicates well and checked in frequently to make sure we were doing okay!

We had a wonderful stay at Orly’s place and the location is so beautiful and easy to get to north shore activities. Orly was also very responsive and considerate when we asked questions about the TV internet and parking permit. I would recommend this place and location to my friends if they think of north shore stays. Sherry

We felt so lucky to spend Christmas in this perfect little cottage. Lanikai is nearly impossible to get into on a short term basis, and this was a gem! The pool, while shaded, was perfect for the kids to play in; though it was not gated, so that is something to note with small children. The cottage itself is really well done. We stayed in 80 years before that have felt a bit rickety or poorly insulated and that was not the case here. It’s a very nice build with nice finishes, so it was easy to feel at home.

Great place and location only thing that could be better was the local pool but being at Turtle Bay not too big of a deal. Would stay again :)

This was a super low-key spot to stay in the middle of a very busy part of town. Super quick to stroll to the beach and grab whatever incidentals from any one of the omnipresent ABC stores haha. Grabbed a scooter from across the street and rode to quieter area when I felt like. Super chill!

Cozy and beautiful stay right on Waimea bay, the lookout was a plus!

Kate’s place was very clean and very comfortable it accommodated very well to our party of 10. Kate responded at good time we recommend this stay walkable beach and very good food around.

Awesome spot right in the center of all beaches. Reviews are correct on the loft stairs being a pain but we really felt like we were in a tree house & we anticipated that. It was more trying to navigate climbing over each other in the bed to get down the stairs in the night. It was a fun adventure and we were ready for that. I’d highly recommend this spot. John was fantastic! Book this place!

My family and I were very happy staying at Nohomai's Ocean View Vacation Home. The home was very clean and inviting, which was greatly appreciated. It is also in a quiet neighborhood. We all appreciated the area that the home was in, it was convenient in many ways. The home is just a few minutes from the beach (walking). Some family members and I walked the beach every morning to witness the beautiful sunrises Hauʻula had to offer. The home is also in walking distance to the Hauʻula Loop trail. This trail is definitely worth doing. The scenery throughout the trail is priceless but making it to the top and that view alone makes it worthwhile. Nohomai and his wife were great hosts. They quickly responded to any questions we had about the home. We made the right choice in staying here.

Geri & Ke'Alii were very responsive and easy to communicate with. There was a recent flood in the area which had disturbed local cell phone reception and internet. Ke'Alii came over in person to address the issue and to assist us to the best of his ability. Geri & Ke'Alii provided a binder full of helpful suggestions, guides to local area, instructions, etc. which we really appreciated. Our two favorite features of the home were the front porch, which has enough benches, chairs, and a sofa to accommodate a large group, and the very close proximity of the beach (frequent trips to and from the beach as a group, singles, and in couples).

Mahalo for sharing your place with us. We loved our stay here. The house was comfortable and had all the things we needed/wanted. The location was perfect…. Very private… steps away from the beach and .3 away from the cutest coffee shop/food trucks/small stores.
