Waterfront vacation rentals in Wading River

This was our first time staying in an Airbnb and it was a wonderful experience. We were visiting our daughter and her family in Northport. Jeannette's apartment is beautiful and has a beachy, homey feel. We enjoyed a very relaxing week there and it made our stay in Northport extra special. Jeannette is a very welcoming and fantastic host!

If your reading this, don’t hesitate for one second to reserve Nathan’s place it’s by far the best airbnb the I ever stayed, it was spacious, it’s was clean, you actually feel welcome and you don’t want to leave, Nathan and his wife literally make your life easier once you there. I have no complaints of any kinds, the bed are Súper comfortable, bathroom it’s clean, they welcome you with treats and the hours it in a great location, if I ever come back I will definitely stay here! Thank you Nathan and Gloria!

Really impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. My only callout is expect to be surrounded by other guests, especially at the communal spaces outside – table, grill, etc. We overlapped with two different friend groups staying in a few of the properties, but everyone was really respectful and quiet. Just close quarters!

This place was amazing! It was beautifully designed! It had everything we needed and so much more! Anthea & Garth are very friendly and responsive to messages! Felt very welcoming!! Will definitely stay again when I come to visit family!

This is our first AirBnB experience. The communication with KC in advance was great. The place is very nicely decorated, so we felt very comfortable right away. Our children liked the children's room very much and I liked the veranda. Our kids are very bright and noisy and this is certainly a challenge for hosts. Accordingly, we are glad that there were no complaints. The area is very nice and quiet. We will be happy to come back.

Really great place for my daughter and I to stay. Close to SONO which has great restaurants and bars, and close to the water. Peaceful and inviting, the space was everything we expected.

Andy's place was impeccably clean and well-appointed. I cook most of my meals while traveling and the kitchen was well stocked with the basics (oils, spices, soy sauce, vinegar) and all the necessary cookware (including containers & wrap to store leftovers & prepped food items). It was the type of Airbnb that felt more like visiting the home of a friend who had thoughtfully considered anything you might need. (including detergent for laundry & toiletries). This was refreshing in light of many Airbnb's feeling more like a Residence Inn, than a home. As a bonus, Andy has excellent taste in books and I wished my stay was longer so I could have read some of what was on the shelves.

Perfect house for a family/couple visit to the beach. It was great for my kids and I. We loved the space that the house offered and how close it was to the beach. Everyone was very pleasant that we spoke to. The house was clean, safe and felt like a home away from home.

We found Dmitry's place to be just as advertised - it was warm, comfortable and well stocked for our family get together. We enjoyed the views of the water and the open common areas. We especially appreciated having a full bath and bedroom on the first floor for our elderly mother.

The place was absolutely beautiful, clean and had great amenities. The host was also very responsive and attentive to any questions we had to ask. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Steve and Dorry made sure all our needs were met including recommending places to eat and things to do. They are an incredibly kind couple who care about the people who rent their home. Everything was exactly as we expected! we had a beautiful view and the house was very comfortable!

Perfect for our girls weekend. Plenty of space for 7. We traveled mid October and the weather was beautiful! Plenty of places to sit outside and inside. There is an outside gas fireplace right on the beach, which was a great place to have an evening cocktails and relax! The house was accommodating, clean, and fully equipped. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

The place was wonderful and absolutely close to the description. lot of details are added around the house including instructions making it very easy and good experience. would definitely recommend

Five stars doesn't feel like enough, if anything I'd say everything was better than we'd expected based on the pictures and the reviews! First, as others have mentioned John was an incredible host, the place was well stocked and had all sorts of snacks and drinks (and a nice bottle of wine); he also bought us dinner and was very good about keeping in touch the whole time we were there. The house was amazing top to bottom, but I have to specifically call out the pool, which was jaw-droppingly beautiful and the perfect temperature despite cold weather outside. We loved the neighborhood and yard to walk our dogs, and the kitchen was great to cook in (made me miss having a gas stovetop). We'll definitely be visiting again, it was the kind of stay that sets a new bar for what to look for in a vacation!

We had a great time at Jason’s place and he was extremely flexible.

This was the perfect last-minute getaway for my always on-the-go family in need of some quiet bonding time. The condo was simple and clean, the beach beautiful (even in the winter), and Alice and Gasper were very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Such a beautiful condo by the water! Too bad we stayed in November, we would have enjoyed the terrace way more! Mia was so responsive and helpful with my questions prior to the weekend at her place.

Rate was great, it was off season. Cleaning fee is a little nutz considering it is tiny. VERY clean, perfectly functional. I wasn't a fan of the mattress, way too soft for me, but maybe that is just me :-) Overall I would happily stay there again. It was quiet, the other tenants were very friendly.

lovely 2 bedroom with gorgeous water views from two roomy terraces , nice to wake up to the breeze of the water and the unspoilt natural surroundings of the wild sound. Thomas was a great host and very responsive

Incredible stay at #19 The Bridge the whole 3rd floor with two comfy family inviting areas to hang out and enjoy, large tv in every space, 4 great bedrooms with new mattress so comfy, luggage holder and greeted with fresh towels in every bedroom and great sound machines, chargers and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Bathroom one with jet tub, shower and bidet, beautiful tile and clean! Kitchen had all the plates, glasses and utensils, pots and pans needed and an awesome coffee station we enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning and then enjoyed at the family table large enough for 10-people if needed and a high chair provided for our grand baby! Rooftop outside table was great for enjoying the gorgeous view of beautiful Old Colony Beach! Short block walk to private Old Colony Beach made for an amazing family vacation! We can’t wait to come back and make this an annual stay. Thank you Peter for making #19 our new vacation spot.
