velos was a great host the apartment was immaculate anything I needed they were there to help me out and matter of fact when I first got there I was lost and gentleman from their company came and made sure that I got my key got show me where I needed to go and all that stuff it was breath of fresh air to have people that were actually care about you and where you staying in and the comfort of what you're doing definitely would go back again and definitely a must see place.

Araneli and Omar were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything.

The two bedroom unit has a king bed in each room. Very comfortable mattresses, roomy closets and big windows. The bathroom is small with available drawer space in the vanity. We spent 10 days in the unit and prepared Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen is well appointed with nice appliances. A nice coffee bar is set up with a Keurig and a large selection of coffee. The sectional sofa is the living area is ultra comfy. We enjoyed our time and would def rent the unit again!

Enjoyed our stay for ASU parents weekend. Troy’s place was perfect and close to everything.

I absolutely loved staying at the condo . Made me feel right at home very cozy and clean. spacious bathroom. Great Decor . and the washer and dryer was a major plus . very private quiet area. the amenities like the swimming pool and gym were great to use . Easy Area to get around other cities in AZ . Danuta was very helpful and responsive to any questions or concern I had. I would definitely book here again on another visit ! fantastic. thank you for the hospitality Danuta !!

This stay was great! You are in the PERFECT location. So many great bars in the area. Great area if you are looking to experience some nightlife in Phoenix. The Airbnb and streets were so clean. This Airbnb is very spacious. Beautiful pool and outdoor areas. Looks just like the pictures!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house is even better than the photos and so well stocked with makeup wipes, lotion, hair tools, etc. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with. They answered my millions of questions quickly and allowed my friend to check in early. The house is only a quick drive (or Lyft) to old town which was super convenient. The only minor issue we had was troubleshooting the Alexa on the outdoor patio (she had a mind of her own) but that doesn’t take away from the perfect stay we had. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly book again if ever I’m in the area.

Greg’s place was so cute! It was cozy and despite being near a busy road, it still felt very private and it was nice and quiet. The walk to the square was easy, took 10-15 minutes. The hosts offered a lot of local recommendations which is always helpful and they were kind enough to offer early check in which is a huge bonus when traveling! They provided several bottles of water, plenty of k-cups for the coffee and while we didn’t use the kitchen we noticed it was well appointed! We will definitely stay here again.. oh and the Christmas lights in the yard were such a nice touch for this time of year!

Maria's place was perfect for a getaway with my wife. The location was close to concert and entrainment venues which we took advantage of. The living room and kitchen were good sized spaces and everything was very clean. There was also the added peace of mind being in a gated community. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

This is a really great house. It's very well appointed with all the towels, linens, dishes, soaps, etc we could possibly need. The beds were really comfortable and clean. The house had adequate furniture while also having a lot of space to move around and play in. The house has so many fun activities, the kids were endlessly entertained. The location is very central and close to town. The back of the house is near a busy road but it didn't bother us at all. We really couldn't tell when we were in the backyard, it's like an oasis back there. And, the front of the house is on a cute little cul de sac off a quiet residential street. We all agreed we would like to come back and are hoping to make this an annual tradition. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we had a great time!

We had such a wonderful weekend here with our kids and grandkids, a trip our family will never forget. The home is super comfortable, VERY clean, and in an extremely safe location. All the amenities were as described or better. If you’re having any hesitation about using the spa or pool during your stay I can promise you that it is absolutely worth it! We used them both daily and never had one problem. After swimming we enjoyed the opportunity to gather around the fire to visit with our children. We also want to mention that the rocking chairs are an amazing touch! Communication with the host was very prompt and stress free. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

We had a lovely time staying at Reed's place! The house had everything needed for a long stay such as cookware, utensils, etc. We had no issues during a whole month long stay. Plenty of storage space like closets and a pantry. The neighborhood also felt very safe and having a driveway for parking was very convenient.

In the midst of a record heat wave (118F) on a holiday weekend, the blower on our home's air conditioner died. We (with very large dumb dogs) needed to find a place ASAP to escape the 94F heat inside our home. We contacted Eric to stay at his property for the weekend. Eric was extremely helpful at every turn, and super responsive to questions. He had his place ready for us immediately and let us head over earlier than the usual check-in time which was very much appreciated. His property was perfect for what we needed. It had plenty of space for us, fast WIFI, nice tv, durable flooring and a small enclosed backyard for our pups. The kitchen is beautiful and has plenty of tools and accessories. We were extra thankful for the coffee and tea provided and having an air fryer was awesome as well. There were plenty of clean linens, towels, pillows, soaps, and everything we needed to feel at home. It ended up being a great home away from home. Thanks Eric!

We really enjoyed staying at Shaun’s place. The place was cozy, safe for our baby, clean, and had a great location/neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this place if you’re ever visiting Scottsdale!

I can’t say enough about this amazing place! It is so incredibly homey and all of the hosts were super attentive to our needs. We didn’t want to leave! We’ll definitely return once we are back in AZ.

This is a great condo near old town! Was exactly what we needed for a weekend away in the sun.

Great location!

Chris and Cynthia were perfect hosts. clear directions on how to find home, parking etc. Quick response to any questions with tact and humor where needed! Condo is super close to Old Town and all that north Scottsdale has to offer as well. We were less than 45 minutes to Superstition and all the hiking there too. Don't think twice about staying here, hosts are top notch, convenient, clean and several other superlatives!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great location with easy access to get to various restaurants and golf courses.

This was a very nice place and a good experience with the host. It is a lovely property and had many useful amenities and felt safe. The only downside is not the host’s fault, but unfortunately the walls are thin. Most of the neighbors were great and it wasn’t much of an issue at all, but my checkout date I did hear an early morning squabble between a mother and teenage son. Even given this, I would still come again - it wasn’t a huge setback.
