Very nice house for groups who want to relax a few days. The kitchen is well equipped, in the common room is a lot of space for every one. Thank you Piet for the great time!

A very cute and cozy cottage in the dunes. Everything is very clean and tidy. In the kitchen, our stay lacked sharp knives and a grater. Otherwise well equipped. There were four of us in winter and the living room area offered a little too little seating (1 small sofa and two armchairs were quickly occupied). For five people, a chair would also be missing at the dining table. For us, it was a very stylish and warm place at Christmas. The renovation of the house is well done and we were able to marvel at nature even at rainy moments in all directions. Overall we had a wonderful time and are very grateful!

Amazing Cozy house with beautiful patio and fireplace and equipped kitchen

We had a very nice stay at Bart's house and were lovingly welcomed by Marjan. Our son especially loved all the boats in the area and the children's pool in the complex and could probably have stayed there for weeks. We highly recommend Bart's place for stays with children.

We were on site over New Year's Eve and were totally happy with the location and quiet surroundings. The house is well equipped and we felt right at home. With the cold temperatures, the oven has a pleasant atmosphere. We can highly recommend the house.

All in all, a very good place to escape a few days from everyday urban life. Great location, quiet and secluded. Top cottages with modern furnishings. Of course, the hot tub and sauna were a dream as always (also on cold days). You could definitely switch off and enjoy the time. Hassle-free check-in and directions were accurate. Everything is very straightforward, so there is nothing to complain about. Conclusion: Mega place, very good price, nice location! Highly recommend!

What a lovely cottage in a quiet park. What stood out were the spacious fridge, storage room for groceries and screens. Even though it wasn't warm, they were already in handy. Past visitors had comments about the light curtains, but we didn't understand that because there are also plissé luxaflex in the windows of the bedrooms. As a result, they are well dark. The beds downstairs (box springs) were excellent. the beds upstairs are huge, which was the biggest downside of the cottage. We enjoyed very much the gas stove because of the rainy weather. The surroundings are very vast with lots of arable farming and meadows. As a result, you have to keep in mind that you always have to drive a lot for some variety and activities, but that's no problem if you are in the car.

The stay was all around nice. Unfortunately, you have to be out everywhere at 10 o'clock. I always think that's a shame. Otherwise, it was a lovely weekend.👍🌞💦

I can only think of one word to define the house: wonderful! It is so beautiful that as soon as you enter you think "OK, I got the wrong house, now the police will come to arrest me" then you check the published photos and realize that you were not wrong, you actually rented this beautiful house! Everything was perfect, clean and super cozy! The only regret is having only stayed there for one night... if I had discovered it before, I would have changed the holiday itinerary so that we could stay a few more days and use it as a foothold. I highly recommend it.

The cottage is wonderfully quiet in the middle of fields, perfect for relaxing. We were there in winter, with the gas stove we were able to heat the living space very well. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the Christmas tree was a very nice detail that we were happy about in the pre-Christmas season. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly and communication with Frootje was also straightforward. All in all highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet break!

Together with a friend of mine and her two daughters we stayed at this wonderful place. Since it was a gift for her daughters, there was a children's champagne with some treats ready! Great that that was taken care of! Everything was neatly arranged and it was a pleasant stay. Definitely recommended for a quiet stay

Very good contact with the hosts before our vacation, there were no more questions left for the vacation and the contact during the vacation was not necessary. The house is on the edge of a holiday park. Really very quiet with a view of the countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. The rest of the house is also very well equipped and tastefully decorated The pictures and description of the cottage as well as the garden correspond to reality. We only felt the staircase to the upper floor was quite steep. Upon arrival, there was a bottle of red wine for us as a warm welcome. Thank you Ruud and Gea for letting us be your guests.

Stayed here in Arum with his nine friends weekend. It was a real autumnal November weekend but inside it was warm and cozy! After a nice but fresh mudflat trip on Saturday morning, we sat by the wood stove for the rest of the day, some have still been in the bath and we watched extensively and watched a movie via Netflix. Visited Franeker (Planetarium) on Sunday, which was really worth it. It was the perfect house for our fall weekend! In addition, everything was tidy and super clean and communication with Birgit was easy!

The communication was great. For our daughter, extra toys were even taken from the attic. Really great!

We stayed at Liesje's place for a weekend and we were super lucky with the weather. We were able to have breakfast and long evenings on the terrace by the water in early october. A beautiful, quiet place to wind down!
