A truly breathtaking villa in a beautiful location. The sunset is amazing and the views down into the Bay of Patras are spectacular. The villa is spacious, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The big swimming pool is surrounded by a large grass area with plenty of shaded areas to cool off or sit down to eat. There is also an outdoor kitchen (with pizza oven / BBQ area / gas cooker). The owners were amazing, very kind and extraordinarily generous, encouraging us to help ourselves to the fruit and vegetables they grow. The location was great – not just for soaking up the sun but also for days out. We visited ancient Olympia, Delphi and also had dinner in Patras. For a family holiday it was perfect.

I will not comment about the house or the area since it is the 4th time I visit with my family the same house. I will only cooment about how clean and tidy was the house once again. It just shows that they respect their guests . As always Almeida was very friendly and the house owners are very communicative . Our only complaint is that we did not have more days to enjoy this eperience

Quiet place,a few steps from a pebble beach where you can find the shade of trees. A sea clean full of life. You can find peace here almost without people. Clean, well-equipped. Friendly Sofia with a positive attitude is always happy to help to give advice. We had a good time here.

The outside space was lush, peaceful, and healing to the soul. The inside was cozy with plenty of open room and an amazing aura that made you feel as if you were at your own home. My family is from this region of Greece, in fact my father grew up less than 10 miles away, and I can say definitely that staying with Dimos is the most relaxing ways to visit this beautiful region of the Peloponnese that our family holds so dear. They have an excellent ocean side home with some of the most thoughtful and comforting flats I've seen on Airbnb. Our family stayed in two different apartments and were blown away by Dimos' attention to detail including a well stocked kitchen, plentiful firewood, and delicious home-crafted breakfasts made with produce raised around the corner. Dimos and his family really have created something special!

Dimopoulos was a great host, helped us with all sorts of tips for restaurants and locations to visit. Very attentive. The house was very modern and high tech, very comfortable. The furniture was a bit worn down, but covered with nice covers it was ok. Outdoor erea was great. Lot's of reasons to come back.

Enchanting house. Completely private. Well equipped and everything worked. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Very good communication with the host. Despite a long unpaved road, easily accessible. Restaurant and shopping can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The house was clean and equipped with welcome greetings. Wonderful night sky. We would book again.

Our stay at Kostas’s house was perfect. The house is clean, accommodating, beautifully appointed, great amenities (a/c, washer) & the host was responsive and gracious. I don’t think there’s a more perfect spot on Earth - perfect for couples or families - so close to the beach & a fantastic restaurant. 5-star review!

We had a pleasant stay at Charalampos' house which is always ready to answer questions so that the stay goes smoothly. The neighborhood is peaceful and typically in the Greek spirit we love. The beach opposite is nice and uncrowded and just cross the street to enjoy the clear and fishy waters.
