Cozy and very quiet house, neighborhood with all the necessary services (supermarkets, bakers, pharmacies, restaurants and coffee). Great location for the S. Fargeau metro that allows you to get around Paris easily. Fabien was an attentive and very kind host. Recommended location!

Juliette’s apartment was wonderful for our family of 6. The apartment is back from. A courtyard which meant it was always peaceful inside. That was great because the place was in the middle of several good restaurants and bakeries. Everything was close because public transportation was also very close. Juliette was exceptionally responsive and very accommodating. Lovely place and phenomenal host.

The location was absolutely perfect—central, close to iconic landmarks and convenient public transportation. The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Exceptional host, always responsive!

Yoann's place had everything and more. The location was phenomenal, and was even in a gated group of buildings for added security. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with more than your average airbnb. This top floor apartment was right in the heart of everything we wanted to see and do -- as well as near the 8 Metro line, making all of Paris in-reach. There was an elevator, which was helpful with luggage, as well as after a full day of walking to see the sights. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. The apartment had everything we needed. Check in and check out were both easy. A previous review mentioned this is a smoking-friendly apartment, but I am not a smoker and did not notice any lingering smells. All in all, it was a lovely apartment in a great part of town. Just blocks away from the Eiffel Tower with local bakeries, markets and grocery stores right out the door.

This apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. The kitchen is amazingly equipped with anything you might need and is a wonder of organization and storage! We loved being in this location of the Marais. It was convenient for us to walk to all parts of the city. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating. And we were in Paris! How could one not be happy there?

Beautiful unit in a lovely location. Looks exactly like the pictures, with a supermarket, bakery and restaurants within a minutes walk! We had a great stay and will be back!

Adrienne and her husband met us at the place to welcome us and provide clear instructions. It was also our son's 13th birthday the day we arrived, and they helped order a delicious cake and had it ready for us (with candles). She also gave us local recommendations that were great! The apt was also centrally located and convenient.

When you stay at Isabel's beautiful home you enter an enchanted world. You arrive at the gate to the private street and Isabel greets you and escorts you up the cobbled street, through a bower of flowering shrubs to her door. Avenue Frochot was developed in the 1830s and became the home to luminaries of the art and literary worlds of late 19th century Paris. While retaining all of the charm of this storied street, Isabel has renovated this two story space to the highest contemporary standards. All of the appliances are high end and meticulously maintained. The bedroom and spacious bathroom with excellent shower are on the second level and there is a daybed and another excellent shower and powder room on the first floor. The open plan kitchen, dining area, living room on that level look out on the garden through a double height window. Throughout there is beautiful and sophisticated lighting . Isabel is a kind, thoughtful and brilliant host. the best we have ever encountered.

This is a nice spacious studio apartment close to the heart of Paris. Many popular museums, restaurants, and attractions are a walk or a short train ride away. Gilian is kind and quick to respond, he did his best to accommodate my preferred check in time and answer any questions I had. Overall, I had a great experience, I would gladly stay here next time I am in Paris!

Arnaud's apartment was the perfect choice for a weekend in Paris. Ideal in size for single travellers and for a couple and in a vibrant and interesting part of the city very close to the Marais and the river. Ideally located for travelling on the train between the city and Charles de Gaulle as it is an easy walk to Gare du Nord train station. The apartment is light filled and stylishly appointed with everything you need and the bonus was a large bath to relax in after walking the streets of Paris all day. Lots of great restaurants, bakeries and and bars within the street where the apartment is located but the apartment itself, which is on the 6th floor is very quiet and protected as it faces into an internal courtyard rather than on the street. There is an elevator if required for luggage which I didnt use but may benefit some travellers. The bed itself is a loft up a narrow open set of stairs off the living room and was extremely comfortable. I will definitely book here again!

It is an excellent option, 5min walking from the metro which takes you to the airport, said metro has an elevator and electric stairs, like My Maison has an elevator and a special room for storing luggage, which makes it very easy to get around with your luggage. The place is amazing, it has the amenities you need, cute spaces, care, and well organized. the view of the balconies looks like Parisian. Walking you get to the Louvre and endless restaurants. I would definitely stay here again again.

Due to an injury, my son and I had to split off from our group and leave Europe unexpectedly from Paris instead of Madrid. Coordinating this was extremely stressful, and leaving our first European experience halfway through was heartbreaking. Staying with Karim et Amale was a beacon of light in an otherwise dark 72 hours. Their video instructions were easy to follow. We gained access with no problems. Karim was very responsive and had a warm personality that I really needed right at that moment. Also, the apartment felt like a real home. Warm and comfortable with all the little things you miss in most Airbnb’s, like a real kitchen with actual spices, oils, and supplies. My only regret was not taking him up on his offer to drop us off at the airport. I should have. I’ll just have to go back and thank him in person.

The appartment is really lovely, super clean and has all the amenities you could need. The area is in the outskirts of Paris so there isnt much to do locally, but it was better value to stay outside of central Paris and commute in. The train station is only a few minute walk away and has train connections to Disneyland and a metro line into central Paris. Would absolutely recomend to those looking for a base between the two.

Our stay at Florence's place in Paris was amazing! The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. With two bedrooms and 2.5 baths, it was perfect for our family, and the location couldn’t have been better for exploring Paris. Highly recommend Florence’s Airbnb if you’re after convenience and charm—thank me later!

great host and home, extremely responsive and provides resources you would need to figure everything out. only downside is if your renting/bringing your car the parking can be a bit frustrating
