This is a nice place with a decent size balcony. Everything we needed was provided, and the place is really clean.

Location can't be beat - minutes from Pease Park -the most gorgeous trail in Austin and it leads straight downtown. Also minutes from all UT action. The apartment itself is comfortable although I wish the blinds on the windows would go up! Maybe I was too dumb to figure out how it works. Bed was super comfortable, TV's were great, Kitchen is well stocked, and shower pressure was high. I slept like a King, the apartment is super quiet. Overall a wonderful, wonderful place.

The location was easy to find and provided everything needed for a quick stay. The location was perfect for my needs, and this experience made being in town for a course a breeze. A fantastic place to stay at and perfectly located for quick trips in and around the city. The building was extremely clean and well taken care of and most importantly was how responsive and helpful the host was. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the Austin area.

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

The place was located perfectly for my trip. It was conveniently placed about 10-15 minutes from almost everywhere I was trying to go on my first trip to Austin Texas. Just like the photos it was very roomy and clean. Host was friendly and very responsive and occasionally check in on us without us reaching out first.

Rick’s place was well equipped and very comfortable for 2 people. Easy check-in and check-out. Great location, near several breweries. Lyft and Uber were never far away.

This was a great spot for our Thanksgiving vacation. The space is clean and modern, and Adam was super responsive with any questions we had. Great neighborhood as well, perfect for taking the dog for a walk. The place was also very easy to find.

Excellent location for our stay in Austin. Close to great parks,food and drink, and the highway. Host was very responsive when we had a few minor issues.

This is our second time staying at Ana's beautiful home! The home is clean, inviting, and feels "like home". The home has everything you could ask for! Thank you Ana for allowing us to stay in your home during the Thanksgiving holidays! I hope to be back next year!

We stayed at Mikes place for our son’s wedding. It was just beautiful! Very spacious! Home was spotless! Mike had a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again on our many trips back. Many thanks for your kindness.

Nil’s place was great! It was perfectly located to walk to all of the places we needed to get to. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean and well maintained. Nil and Liya were friendly and responsive. We try to stay away from renting from the larger management companies, Nil’s place was perfect with just the right amount of personal touches. This will definitely be our go to spot in Austin. 😊

If you are looking for a clean, modern space to enjoy breathtaking view of the hill country and city from on your breaks from exploring Austin, this is the perfect rental! Very centrally located, check-in and check-out were extremely easy and the apartment is so much more spacious than the photos. Highly recommend and will book again for my next Austin visit!
