We stayed 4 nights in the villa.. The villa was very clean at arrival and really beautiful. Decoration and design are modern and classic at the same time. The rooms and bedrooms have enough space. Furthermore enough room to park your car next to the villa. The sauna was also really nice as well as the toy for the children already present. The baby bed for our baby was well prepared. The supermarket lidl en netto market are at walking distance as well as the train station. The host (Britta) was very kind and helpful. In case of questions the response was always very quick and clear. If case we go again to this area we for sure will choose this villa again. Its beautiful and very peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. Nice clean and large rooms. Three bathrooms, two of them with a bath. In the garden there is a large chilling area with a bbq for in the summer. And the maintenance to the garden is also very good. Everything is just great here and we spent wonderful days here. Thanks!

We were a group of four couples who spent the weekend looking for relaxation and a beautiful setting. The house was everything that we hoped and the Petra was very flexible in letting us use an extra bathroom in the upstairs apartment. Would highly recommend the place.

We (2 adults + 2 kids of 4&5) were super satisfied,there were books and games for the kids on site. Folders with sights and descriptions, if you have any questions, one was always available on site or by phone. We would book the apartment again and again!

Though we never met Andrea, she was always responsive to questions. The apartment (Villa Stark) was just as described. It was up about 4 flights of stairs. The apartment was cosy, comfortable and clean. Mattresses were comfy and allowed us to sleep well. Location is just a few minutes walk to the main Marktplatz. The shower was powerful and nice to use. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

We felt very comfortable as a family with 2 toddlers. Everything you need for a short break is available. In better weather, the outdoor area would have invited you to cozy evenings on the terrace. We definitely recommend this accommodation.

A very nice and tasteful cottage with everything you need for the holidays. The yard with everything you need is very charming and very well managed. The hosts are interesting and extremely friendly people with a lot of sense for the beautiful! They were helpful and straightforward at all times. We felt very comfortable and would like to recommend this place.

We were Josephine's guests for 10 days and felt super comfortable. The apartment is really great and super suitable for 5 people. Beautiful large kitchen and large dining table where we also played a lot in the evening. In addition, there is a fireplace in the garden, which we used to bake bread with the kids. There was wood on site against a small obolus - really great! We can highly recommend the apartment! Thank you for the wonderful time! :-)

John and his family were very nice and accommodating. They were always available to answer any questions. Her ranch is really great and you could easily book activities such as horseback riding on site. The place was as described and clean. There was everything you need for such a stay. I'd love to come back.

A beautifully furnished apartment with everything you need. We felt very comfortable immediately. For the Christmas season, the apartment was lovingly decorated. Contact on site was excellent. We immediately felt very comfortable in the accommodation, ideally suited for families. The apartment is in impeccable condition and everything is easy to find. We didn't use the bread roll service (Mon, Wed,Fri). But we went to the existing sauna for a day. Also here everything is in impeccable condition. Also the common room in the basement is very comfortable. The surroundings are simply fantastically beautiful and invite you to hike for hours. However, we would have liked clearer instructions on the day of departure, or an acceptance of the apartment. For me, it is important to leave an apartment in impeccable condition, but everyone has a different view of it. I left with a queasy feeling. I would also recommend everyone to book directly on the website. It was 100 euros more expensive through Airbnb, which annoyed me a little. Overall, however, it was a 100% successful vacation. We say thank you again to our lovely hosts!

We spontaneously needed a place to stay near Pirna. ...and despite not having a long time to search, we were incredibly lucky with very friendly hosts in a beautiful house. It is impeccably clean and very lovingly furnished. Everything you need. The huge garden is also very lovingly designed. Excursion destinations such as the "Bastei" are nearby and also many great restaurants with delicious Saxon food 😋 Unfortunately, we were only here for four days, but certainly longer next time! Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. Anja, Jan and Mirja
