Very good welcome from Odette, the house is very clean , well equipped, and the environment very quiet, excellent value for money. I recommend it.

Anne welcomed us very friendly to her home full of life as if we were invited. The distribution of the rooms is ideal for a family of different generations, the house is very bright and the wood stove makes the atmosphere really warm. We had a great Christmas and our stay was a success thanks to Anne and her house. Recommended without a second thought!

We were 11 in this cottage, frankly we recommend it! We had a lovely weekend with our friends. The accommodation was super clean, well suited for us, the bedding was very good. Special mention a ka master suite😉. Finally, the fireplace ready to be lit when you arrive, it's great! Valerie was very nice and responsive. Thank you! 😊

We had a lovely end of year stay with our 2 young children. The house is warm, spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped, perfect for a bowl of countryside by the fire to recharge. The hosts Guy and Dagmar are adorable, very considerate, the communication was excellent, key to a successful stay.

Very nice stay for six in this accommodation ideally located in the hyper-centre of Rennes. The apartment is well equipped, including the kitchen (which is not always the case).

Cyprien is a welcoming host and the apartment is large and clean.

Sabrina's apartment was perfect. We were a couple with a 2 year old child stopping for a night on the way further south in France. There is a great park, bakery and shop within 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is well laid out and has everything we needed.

We stayed in the flat for 2 weeks and had a really nice time. the metro station is not far away and we had enough space for 2 people. If you stay in Rennes for some time, we World recommend this place.

Very good communication, clean and comfortable accommodation. A little extra for the Christmas decorations within the building that added a very warm side. We highly recommend this listing for a stay in Laval!
