What a beautiful place! Even better than advertised. Lidia made it simple to find the place and met me there to give me the key and show me around. It is literally less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and dozens of restaurants and bars, two grocery stores, and boutique shops. Lidia supplied a variety of breakfast items. Stayed 3 nights, would happily stay longer. One of the best AirB&B’s I have used. Thank you, Lidia

Enrica was a delight. She was welcoming and available to all requests. She was interested in my travel difficulties with friendly participation. Available anytime. The house is very clean, cozy, well furnished, very nice and equipped with everything. I 'll definitely repeat the experience if necessary. I highly recommend it. I forgot to say that it is in the center of the city and very close to the train station.

Valentina and her husband are hosts who care about their guests. The apartment is very large and has all the comforts, parking is easy to find and the center of Terni can also be reached on foot. We were happy with our choice and we want to thank you for how we were treated, thank you for the breakfast you offered us. We hope to be back soon, a hug and happy new year.

Antonio is one of the best hosts we have met as he was always friendly and responsive to all our needs. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything. Neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and always enough space to park your vehicle. Would definitely choose Antionio's place again!

Paolo was a great host, I recommend his apartment for anyone who may want to get away to find some peace and quiet, the only thing I would recommend is to rent a car or some sort of motor vehicle for an easy commute from wherever u may want to go throughout your stay.

Andrea is a fantastic host, the stay was impeccable and the communication was easy and timely, not least he perfectly managed an inconvenience created by the person who stayed with me.

Very comfortable and accessible apartment. Everything was clean. Claudio is nice and very willing to help. We stayed one night to wait for our cruise. Claudio offered us recommendations of places and helped us find the shuttle for the cruise.

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

We had a very good time in the house (with pool and hottub). It is a 30 minutes drive by car from the city center, but because of that it is very quiet. Really enjoyed our stay in this very spacious and clean house! Thanks!!

In a fantastic central location, we loved this quirky and charming apartment,that was spacious and homely for our family of four. Any issues we had were promptly addressed and responded to. We loved the little town, and wish we had longer than our two days. Spectacular sunset from local bar Ill Gabbiano.

You won't believe this, they invited us to a Pink Floyd tribute at a local pub! We totally fell for the place, the people, everything. It was so cozy, the bed was amazing, low ceilings like a fairytale cave with just a few floors. We were lucky to stay at Befana during the holidays and see it all differently. The woods were gorgeous, so enchanting to explore. Time stood still there. And we can't wait to see our new friends again. P.S. Laura gave us the best body and face massage – you HAVE to try it, it was amazing and so professional. I adore her, she's one of a kind. Hope you enjoy it, but not TOO much. Patrizia was a great host, very kind and very helpful. As soon as she arrived, she gave us great tips on places to visit and places to have lunch nearby. She welcomed us with a delicious tart and biscuits for our little dogs. The house was thoroughly clean and complete with everything you need, including firewood! We also found the location very convenient, surrounded by nature but a few kilometers from several very nice villages to visit. We had a really great weekend!

The apartment is only 5 minutes from the Motodrom Vallelunga. The apartment is modern and very newly equipped. You have everything you need - great kitchen, air conditioning and much more - free parking on the premises. Alessandra is very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out super easy. We have already stayed in their apartment for the 2nd time and can only recommend it to anyone who has an event on the racetrack in Vallelunga. We'd love to come back!

First, Orvieto is a beautiful town with some breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, lots of history and things to see and do. Lucia has recently done a complete restoration of her apartment. Everything you could need is there and more. This is an emaculate property in a quiet neighborhood. We will stay here next time in Orvieto.

Andrea is a very friendly and generous host, and it was a lovely stay in Bagnaia. I would recommend having a car; Bagnaia is not as well-connected to public transit as Google Maps suggests it is.

We will return to Macchie, a perfect and familiar accommodation. The hosts are impeccable and courteous. We only stayed for two nights. Too few. To be done again, maybe with the colors of autumn.

Carlo has shown great professionalism in managing his accommodation structure. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment equipped with all the services necessary for a family of 5 +1cane people, in a wonderful and quiet medieval village. Convenient by car to areas of cultural interest. Beautiful experience, too bad we only spent a few days.
