Enrica was a delight. She was welcoming and available to all requests. She was interested in my travel difficulties with friendly participation. Available anytime. The house is very clean, cozy, well furnished, very nice and equipped with everything. I 'll definitely repeat the experience if necessary. I highly recommend it. I forgot to say that it is in the center of the city and very close to the train station.

Some guests of our wedding have stayed here to avoid tiring back late at night. They were all very satisfied with the accommodation. Recommended.

The well renovated cottage is in a panoramic and secluded location for those looking for peace and quiet. Ideal as a foothold for a holiday in Tuscia Viterbese.

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

If you want to relax in the area of Bracciano then Roberta's place is for you. Surrounded by nature, well cared for. A real gem. In addition, you can admire magnificent Bernese Bavarians and beautiful cats. Impeccable hospitality and stay-in. Thanks again for everything.

This house is located in a truly dreamy location. With the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, a generous yard, swimming pool and such a sweet and cozy house. It felt very welcoming and relaxing. Takes exactly 6-7 minutes to walk to the lake and about the same to go to town and eat lovely Italian food. The host was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend and certainly come back.

we had a very good time, especially for the enviable location one minute from the lake and the availability of Marta who welcomed us. I would recommend the owners to update the photos of the exteriors to show that the house overlooks a private dirt road. It would also be advisable to fencing the space from the gazebo to the garden, just to prevent animals and/or children from going to the street. It would also be more correct to specify or show from the photos that the house was divided into two apartments with two independent entrances, because those currently uploaded to the property page, erroneously suggest that the house is entirely available to guests.

In a fantastic central location, we loved this quirky and charming apartment,that was spacious and homely for our family of four. Any issues we had were promptly addressed and responded to. We loved the little town, and wish we had longer than our two days. Spectacular sunset from local bar Ill Gabbiano.

This place was amazing, it far exceeded our expectations. It was in a really cool location and building, very, very old. it was large and the most character (in a good way) of any place that we've ever stayed in. Marco and crew were great, we just wish that we could have stayed lo ger to enjoy everything that this unique and beautiful home had to offer.

A beautiful Airbnb experience! The house is lovely, and has everything you need… the pool is an added bonus with lovely views . Alessandro and his family are wonderful, warm and welcoming - and happy to help and recommend restaurants and things to do. The house is in a beautiful area - rolling hills and olive groves. Close to montefiascone, and easily accessible to bagnoregio, Orvieto and everything that Lake Bolsena has to offer . A beautiful part of Italy, and one of our best Airbnb experiences. Very pleasant stay, thoughtful host and great tips to make your stay easier. Quiet accommodation after a day in Rome, it's relaxing . Transport in Rome very convenient car plus train regularly Small village with excellent local produce I would highly recommend it

Really gorgeous apartment that is well appointed and comfortable. Bathrooms have huge showers which can be hard to find in Europe, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Also very convenient to be able to do laundry on a long trip with the washer and dryer. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends who might want a nice place to gather and spend some nights in cooking and socializing. Town is charming and has good restaurants and coffee bars. The surrounding countryside is beautiful!

everything is perfect from start to finish, a real House with a capital C and Lucrezia a super host. spacious, very clean and thoughtfully furnished spaces, a wonderful house equipped with every comfort from which we struggled to get out 😂❤️

Andrea is a very friendly and generous host, and it was a lovely stay in Bagnaia. I would recommend having a car; Bagnaia is not as well-connected to public transit as Google Maps suggests it is.

This is Daniele's second time as guests, and even this time, we had a great time. The house is an oasis of peace and relaxation, also thanks to the presence of the two dogs Panda and Mia, who remained in our hearts. Our stay at Carlo's apartment was fantastic. The entire place is newly renovated and everything feels fresh and modern. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the lake, making it an excellent base for exploring Trevignano Romano and the stunning surroundings. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely return if given the chance!
