Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Virgin River

This location is exactly as described. It is perfect for a family stay when visiting the area. We didn’t come for a specific purpose but the scenery and it met our expectations. Very kind and responsive host. Thank you so much.

What a wonderful stay. Location, quality, proce, and host were all amazing. We used this as our home base for Zion, Bryce, and other cool stuff in Kanab. The house was so comfortable and clean. Everything about the house was nice, the bedding, the towels, the dishes in the kitchen, the appliances, the furniture, it just felt so nice and comfortable. We enjoyed coming home from our days out and sitting outside while we made dinner. The dogs loved the dog park right behind us too. The surrounding mountains were beautiful, and the town had everything we needed. Finally, the hosts were super responsive and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this place.

We are so sad that we only have short time spending in this beautiful, clean, peaceful warming home. We have total of 8 people with our furry kid. This place is exactly what it was described. home has everything you need, and the instruction for check in/check out was very simple. This home is pretty much center of Kanab, there are so many great information available to us for sigh seeing and restaurants in the house. We really enjoyed the club house and the dog park within walking distance in this community. what a great community. We look forward to coming back to this home soon! :) We loved it!

Everything was excellent. Comfy beds, great kitchen, helpful guides, beautiful view, and wonderful hot-tub. Great room was perfect for hanging out together as a family and great TV for movie night. Kids loved giant Jenga! Location was great and one afternoon we hikes the k hill trails on the cliffs in our backyard. We would stay again!!

Very responsive and helpful host/s. The place looked just like the pictures with one bonus bedroom not shown! It was very clean, with all of the kitchen supplies we needed. Friendly neighbors! Awesome pool. This was a great location to get around for our bachelor/bachelorette climbing weekend!

Eric’s place was great for our family of 8, the home was very clean & spacious & the beds were comfortable. The access to the garage was great for our two cars. The views were the best part of our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay & 100% recommend ♥️

Lovely house! Served our needs for accommodating family for the weekend from out of state. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. Lovely backyard. Easy access, easy check-in and check out. The host was even flexible when I needed to check in a couple hours earlier. Highly recommended!

Excellent motel and campground right in between Zion and Bryce canyon national parks! Perfect spot with comfy rooms and pretty views of the mesa across the street.

Needed a place to stay after our rv broke down and found this motel The pictures display very well what the room looks like, it’s quite accurate. Felt even a little bigger in person Shower was a bit small- my grandmother struggled with it. Water was nice and hot though Very close to many locations. For the price- it’s a win

We had a great stay in the Suite. Everything as described, neat and super clean. Bed was comfortable, quiet neighborhood and some restaurants close by which are reachable by foot. Kitchenette amenities worked well. The entrance to Zion was about a 25-30 minutes drive, so perfect location for visiting. We'd definitely book again!

The room was at the end of the hallway, so it was very quiet. Great view of the airport! That kept our 5 year old airplane-loving boy busy and happy. We love the location of the Signature. It's walkable to everything, but just enough distance to be away from the busy Vegas when you need to have a space to rest. Alex's detailed instructions also made check-in & check-out very easy. Highly recommend!

This little spot was perfect for my husband and myself. Loved the wood burning fireplace. Wifi was a little temperamental but no big deal when you're up in the mountains. Kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals, which if you've been to Brian Head you know is essential since there is very limited dining options. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Alex was a fantastic host and love the mgm signature. Close to everything, very walkable, it’s also very quiet for the most part.
