Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Virgil

I traveled with 2 of my teenagers and this space worked out great for the 3 of us. The cleanliness was immaculate, as if no one had ever stayed there. The house and decor was updated. The location was great to be close to SUNY cortland. The host was very accommodating. I loved the peacefulness of the sunroom. The neighborhood was very quiet. I’m very happy I found this place for us, we definitely would love to come back

Very comfortable beds, it was the perfect place for a lot of friends to gather for a weekend away. The backyard is beautiful and the firepit felt very special. Pool table was a HUGE plus. We saw turkeys!!

Great mid-century style house. WINDOWS GALORE AND GREAT VIEWS! Five minute drive to all that Skaneateles has to offer. Plenty of space for my family of 7 to sleep and gather.

We loved staying at Dominic’s beautiful home on the lake! There is definitely a lot of stairs to get to the home but it was totally worth it. We stayed with our 3.5 and 1.5 year olds and the house was a perfect set up for us. It was amazing waking up to the lake in the morning and sitting out at night! Would love to stay here again! Dominic was also super helpful when we realized we left our son’s backpack on the steps and he immediately responded to help us track it down! Thank you again for everything!

The saltbox exceeded our expectations for a long weekend trip in December with three couples. The home is beautiful, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. Will was extremely communicative, kind and a generous host. He reached out to warn us about expected snow and ensured the driveway and walkway were clear for us. Upon our arrival, delicious cookies from a local bakery were delivered to the front door. We were also impressed by the accommodations Will provided for guests including a great speaker, nespresso/teas, firewood, interesting books, and games. Fans, earplugs, and white noise machines were all easily accessible to deal with light noise from the road. We would absolutely come back and recommend the saltbox.

Amy and Valerie were very kind and helpful to us. Beds were comfy, make sure you look at photos to know what to expect.

Our adult family had a wonderful time at Hatch Lake. The lake is beautiful and the house was clean, cozy and beautifully updated. Also, very well supplied. Shannon was very responsive. All in all, a great place to stay!

Jodi’s place was clean, full of amenities and close to downtown. Jodi is also very friendly and will go out of her way to make sure your comfortable

We have stayed here two times now and it was so beautifully decorated for the holidays! Its very comfortable and has enough space to sit back and relax before going out for our scheduled events.

We loved our stay at the Applegate House. David was a fantastic host. He reached out with clear instructions and great recommendations before we arrived and greeted us in-person to show us around the house. The house itself was wonderful – cozy, clean and well-stocked. We loved waking up and watching the deer outside, then listening to records while we made breakfast. We also loved that we were able to enjoy the beautiful countryside while being just minutes away from Ithaca, Taughannock Falls and Watkins Glen. It was a perfect home base to explore the Finger Lakes and a relaxing spot to return to after a busy day. We've already recommended the house to several friends since we've been home.

We visited Ithaca for my daughter's Cornell Family Weekend. Had great time during our stay. The apartment is super clean and comfortable - the nice details everywhere makes it feel just like home. Mary is very friendly and responsive - the best host one can ask for. We will certainly come back again.

The accommodation is definitely something very special and has its own unique charm! The bed was super cozy, and the place had everything you need for a comfortable stay. This is the best AirBnB I’ve stayed in in the Vestal area. The main road is loud, but that didn’t prevent us from resting well.
