Tiffany was a great host. She was responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. The apartment was squeaky clean and cozy with a personal favorite being the kitchen with all of its supplies. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a good spot in Old City!

I had an amazing time sat back and felt free it was very quiet and peaceful. also the sights from the rooftop was crazy I could see the whole city. and the Jacuzzi tub had me so relaxed I will definitely tell everyone to book with you

Very good location for Old City. The parking garage 2 blocks away was convenient. Just make sure to have your luggage easily accessible as you'll need to remove it from your car and you won't be able to access your vehicle until you check out of the parking garage. We reserved and paid for our spot ahead of time to make sure we'd have a spot. House is clean with plenty of towels. 2 washer/dryers was useful for our family of 5. The gas stove was great. It was really nice to make breakfast before our days of sightseeing.

The place was comfortable and spacious. We were there for visiting family and it was a great place for us all to gather. Instructions for using the various amenities were very clear and easy to follow. The location is great for getting to local shops and restaurants, and it is an easy train trip into Philadelphia from the location. Dave is a great host, being friendly and easy to reach.

My family was so happy and felt comfortable to this amazing, cozy home. Nagi and his wife was so friendly and very responsive. We loved so much the serenity of nature and calmness of this place, We experienced to pet their horses and our furry loves to run freely in the vicinity. This is the prefect place to relax and recharge, most of all to embrace the gift of nature. We highly recommend this place and we'll definitely book here when we visit again the beautiful State of Delaware. Thank you so much.

Our stay in the Merlot cottage was perfect! It was the perfect spot for a little R&R after our wedding. Barbara was very responsive and proactive - messaging us each morning to check and make sure we were comfortable.

We LOVED our stay. The apartment is exactly as described. Very roomy. Very clean. We stayed for a week as our daughter recovered from surgery and beds were very comfy and it was quiet. There is free street parking right out front except 9am-11am on Mondays. If you’re parked at that time (street cleaning) you get a $31 ticket…we were not alone…probably 20 ticketed cars. Highly recommend this property and this owner.

The apartment is part of a 6 apartment complex. Unfortunately being on the second floor we could hear the upstairs neighbors very loudly. It seemed like the space was lacking some basic amenities but I spoke to the host about that and it should be remedied for the next guest.

would definitely stay here again. space was super chill and comfy. had a few unfortunate issues but Sam and Summer were hella responsive, understanding, and made every effort to rectify the issues. much appreciation for the ease of communication and quick willingness to find solutions.

Chris and Tracy were excellent hosts. The house was beautiful and more than I expected. They had all the amenities you’d need. Very responsive and almost immediately messages back. There was an instance one night in the living room where there was a handful of ants coming in through the doorway, not a ton but a few (my guess is that it was because it was humid / cold and at night time. The house is extremely clean and no food or anything on the ground) not the fault of the hosts as the next night it was ant free. I believe it was just from the weather and nothing to do with the house. I told Chris and Tracy and they were responsive to what I had told them. No issues at all and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. I wish I had booked the house longer! 5/5 recommend beautiful home

Lisa was great. Her beach cottage was exactly as she described. It is cozy and in a great location. The wifi was very fast (350 download/20 up)! I was able to sign into my Hulu account on the two TVs. The kitchen is too small to do anything beyond basic cooking, but who goes to the beach to cook when there are so many restaurants around?

We had the pleasure of staying in Rosa’s place last night and it exceeded our expectations!! The place was nice and clean and looked just like the pictures! We checked in very late, but no worries because Rosa responded to our every need each and every time we messaged her even after hours!! Checking in and out was a breeze as the instructions were clear and precise! Rosa was a great host and we would love to stay at this rental anytime in the future!

We were not expecting to have a great time on this trip and we were pleasantly surprised! The location could not have been better, the size for the price was amazing, and the house had an immediate Lajolla California feel to it! We were very happy with our stay and the price was not beatable by a Longshot! Thank You so much if we return to New Jersey we will definitely check with Alyson first!

This cute little house was PERFECT for my family of 3 and service dog. We walked in to a sparkling clean BEAUTIFUL home, well maintained, I felt so at home I kicked my shoes off right away, and that’s not my style! Easily accessible cleaning basics so we were sweeping and vacuuming a bit for sand upkeep etc. I don’t know how she got it so clean! She had games for us to play as a family and toys and balls in little buckets and baskets throughout the rooms which my two year old appreciated. And baby proofed!! Which mom appreciated! she let us check in early which after eight hours in the car made a VERY big unexpected and appreciated difference with our day/toddler. Beautifully decorated and painted. She provided a binder too! Recommendations of everything you could think of or need and the back yard was HUGE! New go to space for cape May family vacations without a doubt. Only issue I had was the smart thermostat, though I probably could have just asked her to adjust that. 77 is HOT! Lol
