Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Vincennes

Staying at Maguy's Airbnb was a wonderful experience. From the start, we were welcomed with a hot meal and a bottle of wine! Throughout our stay, we enjoyed fresh-squeezed orange juice, and handmade cakes, muffins, and served fresh fruit. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and bright with natural light. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets smelled so fresh and clean. The bathroom was spotless, with the sink and shower heating up quickly. Maguy was very friendly, talkative, and used a translation app to communicate. She gave us great tips and advice. The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk to a transportation hub in République. Despite some graffiti and a diverse mix of social classes, the neighborhood was safe and bustling. A short walk away is "Du Pain et des Idées," one of Paris’s best bakeries, and is a must-try. My mom and I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Maguy's Airbnb for its warm hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location!

Guy and Fadia are adorable hosts, we always felt very comfortable, the two always took great care of us. It was beautiful to hear their stories and get inspired by their experience. It's definitely not a given what they do for their guests. The warmth, the accommodating, their stories, and much more have made us feel. If you want to spend a nice time in Paris and at the same time get to know an authentic host family, you are very well taken care of. I highly recommend everyone to have this experience, we really enjoyed it and we would repeat it at every opportunity. Thanks to both of you.

My stay at Silvia and Maël’s place was an absolute treat and a highlight of my time in Paris. The room is perfect for a solo traveller and the feel of the whole apartment is cozy and bright. The “Exploring Paris” guide they prepared is one of the best I’ve seen with a variety of recommendations that made exploring the neighborhood effortless and fun. They’re wonderful, welcoming hosts and were always available to answer any questions I had.

Anne’s place is amazing. Very clean. The location is great, very close to Montmartre and metro station. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby - not to mention this place is very beautiful

Nathalie was a fantastic host throughout, very laid back when we needed to check in late, or to leave our cases after the check-out time on the last day. The apartment is literally a minute's walk from the Metro station, with big airy rooms, a piano and lots of books if you want to practice your French. I have to say though that Nathalie's English is much better than my French! Third floor, so it might deter people with mobility issues, but this was not a difficulty for us. Merci bien Nathalie!

An exceptional location, quiet and close to restaurants and the basilica, in a pedestrian area. One upstairs bedroom with all amenities to be comfortable. And above all, very welcoming hosts, who helped me in the choice of my itinerary to reach Paris on foot, and with whom I was able to discuss theater and escape culture. A very nice meeting, which I highly recommend.

We had a great stay in this lovely little apartment. It is very easy to access, is above all well placed, in a quiet area. Thanks again to Aymeric for being so kind and responsive to all our requests. We would definitely recommend to stay at this apartment!

Catherine is a very welcoming and kind person. Our bedroom (and house of course) was super clean, in a very quiet house and near buses to take the metro and get to Paris.

The hostess’s warm welcome made us feel right at home, and the little gift was such a lovely surprise — thank you! The morning croissants, pastries, and jam were truly a lifesaver during our packed schedule. We’re especially grateful that she offered a takeaway option — it meant a lot to us. It’s a pity we didn’t have enough time to sit down and chat over a meal, but we’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Paris! And most importantly — the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking! We could see the Eiffel Tower right from our bed, which made waking up and falling asleep each day feel magical. There’s also a shared rooftop terrace upstairs with an even more expansive view. I’m so glad I chose this place for my first stay in Paris. I really hope it’s available again next time!

The 4 days I spent in Paris with my brother at Philippe and Emmanuel's were excellent! The apartment is already superb, but for me, who is not used to sharing the space with the owners, it was a successful first experience. Philippe is the best host you could hope for. Welcoming, helpful, heart on the hand... it is also very interesting to chat with him. The icing on the cake, learning that I used to have a lemon juice every morning, he went the same day to look for it especially for me. Rare attention that deserves to be highlighted. Thank you Philippe, take care of yourself and your family, and see you next time!

The apartment is exactly as warm and cozy as shown in the pictures. It’s in a great location—just a 5-minute walk to the metro, and within 30 minutes you can easily reach top attractions like the Eiffel Tower, the Tuileries Garden, and the Louvre. Despite being so central, the neighborhood is peaceful and very safe. The guest room was spotless, equipped with smart devices that perfectly suit young travelers, and the bathroom was spacious with a full set of high-quality toiletries. One of my favorite features was the large balcony where you can relax in the sun and even catch a distant view of the Eiffel Tower. Catherine and her family are incredibly thoughtful and communicative hosts. As a first-time visitor to Paris, I felt very welcomed and cared for—from before I arrived to the day I left. Catherine offered detailed advice about transportation, reminded me about the weather, and even prepared a warm dinner for me when I when I arrived late at 10 p.m.—it truly felt like coming home.

Charming little apartment, at a very reasonable price, in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood! The decor is tasteful, the bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well-equipped (with welcome gifts in the fridge and cupboards!)! In addition, the apartment is impeccably clean and the building, quiet and very well located, close to an excellent bakery, a metro station and trendy streets where it is nice to have a drink or eat a bite. Communication with our hosts was very easy. They were even kind enough to send us, at their expense, by mail, the plug that we had forgotten. We would highly recommend it!

from beginning to end both Ann marie and husband made both my son Noah and myself extremly comfortable at this very pretty abode . It’s been a wonderful stay with a delicious breakfast . I most certainly will return . Top tip we caught the train into Paris and then both nights an uber straight back which was not costly at all . Merci Ann marie from Noah also.

Koreans traveling to Paris,, is it possible to make a reservation here? Please make a reservation first!!!! *This accommodation in one line: safe and clean room + security is the best + delicious breakfast + best host I was worried that the Paris metro had a lot of stairs and not many escalators, but the metro station near this property has an elevator and escalator, so it's great to move around with a big carrier. And the Verse area itself is clean and feels like a new city, so it was safe even though two women walked around late at night!! And the cleanliness, scent, and bedding of this house are all hotel-class. The room and bathroom/toilet are all clean, and the bed is so fluffy~ that you can sleep soundly when you lie down. Lastly, the host is really kind. And every morning, he prepared breakfast with fresh fruit and bread, so I was able to start the day with a hearty meal. I guarantee that he's the best host in Paris. I fell in love with Paris, so I decided to come to Paris again, and I'm going to this accommodation. Totally recommend~~~~

We stayed one night to go and watch a rugby game at the Stade de France. We couldn't have asked for a better location. It's really next door, a 2-minute walk and you're there! Maria and her brother are lovely people! We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic modern spacious room in the outskirts of the main city centre of Paris. Easily accessible by metro. Very quiet and private. Jean-Michel, David's partner, was very welcoming as he was around for our visit, and they have the cutest little boy.
