The accommodation is spacious, there are two terraces and all the minimum amenities useful. The location is very good and the place quiet.

We 100% recommend the Cosy Sand. We had a great time with the family at Béatrice and Yannick's. Check-in and self-checkout well explained. A quiet accommodation, very cozy, tastefully furnished, recommendations for nearby outings /activities and restaurants, with delicate attention. Yannick was responsive to our requests. The apartment was great ! Easy to find . Severine was very responsive and gave us some good recommendations which were useful . It was very clean and a great base to go hiking from .

Ideal location and location that suggests as the only noise the music of nature under a variety of soothing and colorful notes. Beautiful views of the ravine and the sea. Efficient, welcoming, and non-intrusive staff. A grocery store not too far away with fresh, local produce that also contributes to a routine that I will hardly get rid of. A real little piece of heaven. I'll wrap up on a touch of selfishness and stop adding more. Sinceitmust be confessed that I want this villa available during my next visit to the island (Blague Marjo). Thanks to Marjorie, Camille and the cleaning staff from the entrance to the exit of the villa. Five stars out of 5 stars possible.

Beautiful house, very well located in Saint-Joseph. Excellent equipment and welcome! We had a very relaxing stay and the pool is just perfect! We'll be back for sure!

We had a lovely time at the little yellow box. The House is clean,cozy and very well equipped. You feel really at ease there. Pros: the view of the sea, the sound of the waves to fall asleep and the hot tub heated under the stars. Florence is available if needed. We'll be happy to go back!

Very pleasant stay at Cathy's apartment, very well located (amenities nearby), beautiful sunsets over the Indian Ocean from the terrace. I can only recommend.

The very spacious apartment is ideally located a 3min walk from the lagoon and centered in relation to the various tourist activities of the island. The stay was very pleasant and Mylène is very responsive to our exchanges by message. We enjoyed the "welcome kit" in the fridge, the quiet and sunny terrace, the shops a few meters away, the private parking and the pretty city of Saint Leu. This accommodation is ideal for a family of 4. Only a problem with the washing machine somewhat tainted our stay but it will be quickly repaired. In short, a perfect apartment for anyone who wants to discover Reunion.

Warm and available host. Accommodation in a beautiful quiet residence despite the proximity to the city center which is a very good asset . Soothing setting with sea view, 5 min walk to the beach . Private and fenced parking makes it easy to get around , ideal when you have a little race to do without battling to find a place . The air conditioning works well , whether it's for the bedroom or living room . TV has Disney + , Netflix , Apple TV , Amazon prime …. Convenient when you don't feel like bringing back your HDMI cable and adapter . Just log in and you're gone!

We stayed 5 weeks at the accommodation, and everything was at its best! All the amenities were suitable for a long stay, the location was perfect, as well as the welcome, nothing to complain about, we were delighted with our stay. Anne-Marie was very available and the communication was excellent, it was a pleasure:)

If you want to stay in the heart of the city of Saint Pierre, this home is ideal. A few minutes from the beach, bus stations, restaurants ... The accommodation is very well furnished and equipped, so there's nothing missing.
