We really enjoyed staying here. The host was very helpful and provided great detail on how to find the apartment. The place is quite nice and the views amazing. There are several places to eat nearby and the funicular is also quite close to take you down to the other areas. Highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful place. Definitely a destination where we would return delighted. It has everything to enjoy with family or friends, comfort and tranquility, very well enabled with everything. Good communication and thank you for the tremendous kindness with which we were received and attended.

We arrived with a group of friends and their families, spacious house, with everything you need as well as very family features, that is, like being in the family house. Frying sheets, towels and blankets. The beautiful garden and spacious patio for my puppies and our kids to run. The location is perfect, close to all the commerce concon on foot, the beach was close by on foot but very steep, so we didn't walk.

Tania was very kind to us all the time, the location is right in the middle of Viña and Valparaíso so it is perfect to meet and tourist, the house is beautiful and has a large patio that by the way a cat visited us for 2 days which made the visit much better 💚

Laura met us at the house and was so kind! The patio was amazing. The kitchen was full of Amenities. The washer & dryer were definitely a plus. Absolutely loved our time there!

Excellent apartment, well distributed, clean and with a spectacular view. You have option to enter through the Osito or Reñaca sector, very accessible and conveniently located. Lucia was helpful at all times and the apartment had all the amenities. 100% recommended!

This a wonderful place to stay in valpo. The apartment is beautiful, clean, with incredible views of the water and surrounding city. The jetted tub is such a treat and the kitchen is the best equipped kitchen of any airbnb I’ve ever stayed, there is everything you could possibly need.

Airbnb should allow 10 star reviews for places like this! Beautiful apartment with views as far as the eyes can see and seagulls floating by on a beach breeze. The inside is manicured to perfection. You'll feel like you're living inside a magazine. They even have overly large soft towels in the bathrooms. Dynamite location! it's a 10 minute walk from the bus depot. The apartment is on top of a hill. You can take a funicular up, which is fun and very economical. Shopping is very close by. Seaside jogging trails are about a 7 minute walk away. About a mile away from touristy artsy area. I have no clue if the fates will allow me to return to Valparaiso, but if they do, I will plan my trip around this apartment's availability.

I want to leave this review, congratulating the host on their hospitality and excellent service when staying in their apartment. The place is beautiful, quiet, very clean, it has everything you need for a portable stay. The view is unmatched, it is close to the dunes which to watch the sunset is definitely a unique attraction. If I had to choose a stay in Concón or surroundings it is definitely would be my first choice. Many thanks Carlos and his wife Ana. Congratulations.

Everything excellent. Gabriel was always attentive. The new apartment, well equipped and the building and services beautiful. I would definitely come back.

The apartment was super clean and well equipped. We asked Paola for the heated pool and she took care of going over it and luckily we were able to take an hour and had an excellent time. She positively highlighted that Paola was attentive to our requirements. Highly recommended!
