We stayed 1 week at Emilie and Nicolas's house, as part of a business trip to a living room at Parc Expo de Villepinte. The house is well located, 5 min walk from the RER, itself 3 stations from Expo Park. Big +, the possibility of leaving our van during the week in the garden. The accommodation is clean, fully matches the photos, well-equipped. In short, I recommend it 100%! We will come back without hesitation.

Catherine was very accommodating for our arrival in the middle of the morning. The three bedrooms are clear and spacious, the beds comfortable. We enjoyed the two independent toilets of the bathroom, very convenient for five adults. The SàM/salon allows you to find yourself without encroaching on the others. The kitchen is functional but we ate outside. BBQ must be nice in summer!

Very easy check in, beautiful property out the manic city atmosphere but close enough for quick travel between the two. Very clean and very homely.

Axelle is very responsive. Her father gave us the keys and showed us the space and showed all the amenities. The accommodation is very functional, well equipped, cozy and pleasant. We felt very good about it. We had a pleasant stay. Everything was as described, no bad surprises. We highly recommend this accommodation. And we'll be back with pleasure. This is a great house and Slawek is a great host! There were five of us and we were comfortably accommodated, but the bunk bed in the children's room is designed for small children) The house is very comfortable wooden. It's easy to breathe in it. Very comfortable pillows. There are a lot of household appliances in the house. Everything is of very high quality. The house is very cozy and beautifully decorated. The Christmas tree and the present from Slawek were a great addition to our wonderful mood!

Very nice and functional house, clean and tidy with a beautiful decoration of very good taste. Bedding very well also, we stayed there with our 2 children, we were able to visit the capital by taking the RER C at Saint Geneviève train station in 40 min. I recommend it.

The villa is very luxurious, all the rooms were impeccable and original worthy of its name. I highly recommend, great for celebrating an event and dazzling every guest. I thank the host who was kind and very flexible with our requests. It made it easy for us to plan and made it easy for us to prepare. For a future event we will without hesitation choose this very cozy place.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Excellent hosts. The place has character, easy access, safe evening walks, bakery on the corner is exceptional.

We had a great few days in Gregory’s place. The view from the apartment is fabulous and even better from the rooftop pool area. We even got to watch the 14th July celebration fireworks from the top! The location of the apartment is terrific on Bld Arago with a supermarket and boulangerie very close by, plus it’s well connected to bus and metro. We liked the 13th arrondissement which was calm but not far from all that central Paris has to offer. Gregory was a responsive, flexible host who welcomed us warmly into his home. Overall a great place to stay.

The room is in a quiet town, very close to Orly Airport. The room is warm and clean. The landlord is very enthusiastic and the reply is very timely. This is a very good accommodation experience. I look forward to coming to France again and staying in this hotel👍！

We really enjoyed Christians house. We’re not city types, so being so close to Paris - 30-45 mins on reliable transport worked for us. The house is spacious and comfortable with all modern fittings, including air con. The children loved the pool and went in every day. The cellar playroom was also a great addition for the days it rained. There weren’t too many places to eat close by but we just got Uber eats as we were tired from sightseeing. The cat quickly got to know us and was friendly - kids loved having a pet. We brought our own sheets and towels to avoid extra charges as we travelled by car. Only small niggle was no key collection instructions until the day of travel which felt a little late, but worked exactly to plan once agreed. We would definitely visit again.

Very good welcome by Emilie who had sent us beforehand a lot of places to discover and many restaurants. The apartment was very clean and very well heated, which was very nice as it was a cold duck in Paris. It is located in a secure residence on the 7th floor with an elevator and close to the Porte de Clignancourt station terminal. We are very happy with our Parisian stay and thank Emilie.

Charles's place is excellent in terms of value, peaceful environment. And you feel at home. Charles can just bring a little wardrobe. Overall all the necessary furniture and furniture are located in the accommodation. I can recommend it.

Charming duplex, as described and expected, located in a quiet area and close to everything. A friendly and simple host first, facilitator in everything to make the stay pleasant and practical.

Hela and her gentleman are very welcoming hosts, they also have two very cute and lively daughters, and a beautiful kitty.They live in the basement of the property, but the space is completely separate and does not affect the living space, and because of the proximity, any need, they can go immediately to help, this trip to Paris, they gave us a lot of help and made us feel at ease.The house is spacious and comfortable, with a total of four rooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, front garden, back garden.The kitchen is fully equipped and nice for us to cook by ourselves who are not used to European food.The street side free car space was good to find, and the community was peaceful and safe and good (the vigilance was our biggest concern, scared that the car window was broken, and finally confirmed that there was no problem, it was very safe).7 of us stayed for 9 nights and everything was very nice!The property is not in the center of the city, but there is a train that goes directly to the station near Lafayette, which is about 20 minutes away, and the location is convenient, whether it's a self-driving or a ride.We would still stay here again if we come back to Paris.The only small drawback is that the water in the bath on the second floor is a little small, but we went in the winter, the whole house is very warm, and it doesn't feel cold, just need to be washed for a long time, or everyone is in the first floor bathroom.All in all, this home is great, reasonably priced, safe and comfortable, spacious, easy parking, and a place to stay with a family or group of friends to enjoy a happy trip to Paris.
