Mathilde was always friendly and responsive. Apartment was super clean and as per photos. Only detail is that is 15min walking distance from Metro, so if you are with small kids you should expect this... I highly recommend that!

We stayed with Christian for 8 days. He responded to questions immediately and very friendly. The apartment is very nice, bright,quiet and spacious. We immediately felt very comfortable. From the metro stop in the immediate vicinity, you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Would recommend the apartment and if we were to come back to Paris, we would ask Christian again.

The apartment is clean, spacious and bright with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The area is fairly quiet but within walking distance of several metro lines. There are also plenty of local cafés, bars and supermarkets nearby. The host Maxime was very helpful and flexible. We would recommend!

Very nice spacious location. Well located near station, supermarket and other facilities. Parking right outside the door. Great beds and house was nice. Still a lot of chores to make it tidy in the house, jamming doors and small jet of hot water upstairs. All in all, a great location for when you go to Disneyland and Paris itself with a large family.

The townhouse was spotless, quiet,peaceful. I would highly recommend the house. Again, thank you for all the tips.

Very nice and clean accommodation. I'd be happy to go back. Close to Compiègne with easy access roads. Well located between the Meux and Compiègne ideal for "business trips..." I would recommend it!

Clean home, located next to all amenities . Cooking at the top ,there is really all the nessaissaire . The jaccuzi is a plus to relax.

Great place away from all the tourists but close enough to get to all the sights of Paris by metro and bus. Plenty of good restaurants and small grocery stores in the neighbourhood. The apartment is quite spacious by Paris standards and has a large very well equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and uncluttered and we felt very comfortable and slept very well in the large bed and quiet surroundings. Olivier was always quick to respond and always very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in amazing Paris.

Perfect stay! The apartment was absolutely spotless: clean and perfectly furnished. I particularly appreciated the presence of a coffee machine and a kettle with tea and coffee available, a detail that makes all the difference to start the day well. The location was ideal and quiet, and everything was as advertised. A big thank you to the host for his warm welcome and for thinking about all the little details that make for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend it and will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arises!

Due to an injury, my son and I had to split off from our group and leave Europe unexpectedly from Paris instead of Madrid. Coordinating this was extremely stressful, and leaving our first European experience halfway through was heartbreaking. Staying with Karim et Amale was a beacon of light in an otherwise dark 72 hours. Their video instructions were easy to follow. We gained access with no problems. Karim was very responsive and had a warm personality that I really needed right at that moment. Also, the apartment felt like a real home. Warm and comfortable with all the little things you miss in most Airbnb’s, like a real kitchen with actual spices, oils, and supplies. My only regret was not taking him up on his offer to drop us off at the airport. I should have. I’ll just have to go back and thank him in person.

We had the most wonderful stay. The hats were available and answered all of our questions during check in. Super close to the bus stop to get to Disney and would recommend for anyone wanting a close stay!

The appartment is really lovely, super clean and has all the amenities you could need. The area is in the outskirts of Paris so there isnt much to do locally, but it was better value to stay outside of central Paris and commute in. The train station is only a few minute walk away and has train connections to Disneyland and a metro line into central Paris. Would absolutely recomend to those looking for a base between the two.

Our stay at Florence's place in Paris was amazing! The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. With two bedrooms and 2.5 baths, it was perfect for our family, and the location couldn’t have been better for exploring Paris. Highly recommend Florence’s Airbnb if you’re after convenience and charm—thank me later!

Great apartment, lovely location and perfect for a quick weekend away with the girls. Ideally located a walk from Disney, or a local bus if you have kids or aren’t able to do the walk. Amazing local amenities, great Italian restaurant on the square and a supermarket at the end of the shopping centre. I wouldn’t be keen on this particular apartment for bringing children or someone older, as the stairs to the mezzanine are steep, very noisy and a bit slippy, but for us it didn’t matter at all. The door wouldn’t open to the bathroom when we arrived but they came over super quick to solve it, and there was a bit of a drain smell in upstairs shower and dishwasher, but I suspect that’s a general issue with the complex rather than this apartment. These were minor issues though, overall very good.

The apartment has everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The internet connection is great, I highly recommend this place which is nice and clean! I would come back thank you
