I arrived suffering from a cold and tired from a long day and days helping out with a (lovely) one year old which is not my usual way of life! Isabelle could not have been nicer in welcoming me. A perfect location to make the Avignon festival. A functional apartment and comfortable bedding, it's perfect for a short trip!

The accommodation is ideal for the Avignon festival, close to everything but quiet. Located on the ground floor, the apartment keeps cool easily, it's appreciated when it's 35 degrees! Nice decor, well arranged, good internet connection, it was nice.

There is nothing I would like to change in the description and look of the apartment very comfortable and personal. The location is excellent, I would say it is ideal for visiting the city and enjoying the small restaurants located a 2-minute walk away. The apartment is generally very quiet (the room overlooking the square is sometimes exposed to the noise of loud people) but there is no street traffic. Quality beds. The kitchen is well equipped and for those who stay for a long time (in my case 2 weeks) the washing machine is much appreciated. I had a really good time. For excursions in the surrounding villages (the car is very useful), but well organized, you can also get around by train or bike. Central Station (TGV runs outside the city) is a 5-10 minute walk away. Absolutely recommendable place

The apartment was very clean, nice, with every comfort. The location is very convenient and most importantly there is not any problem to park your car. Charlene, a very nice and respectful person, she was very pleasant to deal with. I recommend it to everyone.

Amazing location in the centre of chateauneuf du pape. Kevin was a great host and his home had everything we needed. Kevin kindly invited us to his wine cellar for a tasting too- great wines!

The location of the listing is ideal for accessing the center of Avignon. It was very convenient to come to the festival, especially thanks to the access to the garage. Exchanges with Flavien were fluid. The bedding remained of very low quality despite reviews from previous guests. The mentioned amenities are available for you. I recommend the place (as long as you don't have back problems)

Comfortable, clean and well-equipped studio, matching the description. Quiet area close to the historic center and the festival, all within walking distance for about 15 minutes Amandine is welcoming, very friendly

We spent 3 nights at Gregory & Nathalie’s condo with a great pleasure especially during the festival d’Avignon, first of all, we had a very warm welcome from them + a basket of seasonal fruit, strawberry homemade jam and a bottle of wine, which really made us feel like home immediately when check in; communication went smoothly and responded rapidly; clean and comfortable place provided all we needed, the pool is a big plus in a such hot summer indeed! We will not hesitate to recommend this place to everyone who plans to travel to Avignon at anytime!

Exceptional holiday home in a private location and well situated for exploring Provence. The house has everything for a larger group or family and we wanted for nothing during our stay. The pool was fabulous and the enclosed and secure gardens such a bonus. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Thank you Vincent for your frequent communication. If you value privacy, quality and love Provence I wouldn’t hesitate booking this place if you can get it!! ❤️

We cannot say enough about Stephanes house! Before our arrival Stephane was responsive and really helpful with lots of things regarding our trip. When we arrived he was there to greet us and show us around the beautiful home. We were stunned as it far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful, the outside area was perfect, it was clean, comfortable and stylish. It was so well equipped that we truly felt at home. We made full use of the kitchen, the grill and the pool area. There was everything you could possibly need. The location is great for exploring Provence and Avignon. There are walkable amenities but we really benefitted from having a car. Stephane went above and beyond to provide for our two one year olds and that just added to being able to relax. The house felt safe and clean. Check out was so smooth and Stephane even dropped us some delicious pastries on our final morning. It really finished a superb week with a flourish! We will be back!

OMG..! What an amazing experience. The house is like a 5* boutique hotel crossed with an art gallery. So close to all entertainment and shopping streets. Nadia greeted us with a stocked fridge and wine..! What a treat. Comfy beds, large rooms and a large car park were just great perks.. We will return..

Thankful for a gorgeous home to stay in, with very relaxing pool, jacuzzi, hammocks, beautiful grounds. A few tiny updates needed for some kitchen items, notified host at checkout, very kind and responsive. Really wonderful time, excellent for large groups. Thank you for welcoming us!

The instructions received by Fanny were clear. Beautiful cottage with a large terrace, clean and super well equipped in an estate with a large pool where everyone finds their place. Also a very large parking lot in the secure estate. A safe bet , we will gladly go back.

serge's place was just perfect. we were 2 couples with 2 children each and everyone loved the house as well as the exteriors. the kitchen is very well equipped, the bedding very comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, the pool is beautiful in size, it has a large beach that secures the swimming of the little ones and is visible from the terrace. that doesn't stop watching her children but it calms the aperitifs under the wall (thank you for discovering this tree!). the garden is huge for children's football or hide-and-seek games. in short, we have absolutely nothing to reproach Serge's house, which is also very nice. we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to come back home.
