The air-conditioned, third floor apartment sleeps four and has two bedrooms (one double and one twin). There are 42 steps up to the apartment, no lift. The fully equipped kitchen also has a washing machine for our guests' convenience. The large Lounge/Diner opens up onto a balcony. Check in at 3pm, check out at 10am.

Nice studio in a good location right between Antibes and JLP. Sparkling clean apartment. Nice balcony! Everything you need in the apartment. Newly renovated and delicious bathroom. The small alcove is without a window, so not optimal to sleep there. Quiet and quiet in the evening in the area. Safe and nice in the complex.

I would highly recommend this accommodation. The location of the apartment is perfect to visit Antibes and all the area. From here it is easy to enjoy all the walks in Cape d’Antibes, the beaches and Antibes centre, even without a car. The apartment is spacious for a family to have a comfortable stay, the terrace is beautiful and surrounded by a gorgeous Mediterranean garden. On the terrace we had several meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Mr Pavy was very kind to welcome us with a lovely bottle of rosé and biscuits from Antibes. He came again for our check out. Christophe was always available via messages. We had the most pleasant stay in his apartment and we will definitely be back.

House in a top location with beautiful views of the sea from the large terrace. It has everything you need for a feel-good vacation: from the amenities, the cleanliness, the communication long in advance with the landlord, who has a list of valuable tips for restaurants. Very nice host and apartment as described. It is very well-located and well-equipped! The only small downside I could have is the presence of somewhat noisy neighbors but everything else was impeccable so I don't take it into account in the rating and I highly recommend it! The host (Helene) was very friendly and helpful from the point of booking. She was flexible about our arrival (due to flight delays) and gave us a warm welcome, including snacks, jam, brioche, milk, juice, wine and ample coffee pods for the machine. The house is beautiful and spacious - it was very well equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool was wonderful and set to a nice warm temperature. The location is pleasant and close to the beach. There are limited restaurants nearby but the hypermarket is in walking distance. The bus stop is nearby. It’s about 30 mins walk to the train station but this will take you everywhere along the coast! We had a wonderful week!

It was an wonderful experience! Location is incredible and the view is absolutely stunning! The condo was spotless, all the amenities you would need. Everything worked perfectly fine: lighting, temperature controls, kitchen appliances, WiFi... Axelle was a great help! She stay in touch and answered all our questions. You would definitely need a car to get around and be prepared to do a lot of stairs if you planning on walking to restaurants and the beach. One note: don't trust Google GPS, it is not accurate. Use the coordinates the owners give to you (AirBnb should provide the details on location, check-in and other).

Wonderful apartment in a peaceful setting. The apartment has everything you need for a family holiday. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a large sofa bed. The main living area has air con which was well needed during our hot stay. The bedrooms both have fans, which keep them cool enough to sleep. The outdoor space really sets the apartment above others. There is a large pool with games and inflatables. Several outdoor dining areas which are sheltered from the sun. The train station is a short 10 minute walk which then connects you to various beautiful locations along the south coast. Would highly recommend this accommodation, great value for money on the wonderful French Riviera.
