Milly was super friendly, always available, lots of helpful tips for excursions in the area, in contact nice and friendly, a perfect hostess. The apartment is very individual and nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped, basics in the kitchen and bathroom and there was wine and ice cream to welcome you - very attentive! The pool is great, refreshing after a day out, plenty of loungers even when the house is fully occupied.

Very nice apartment in the heart of the old town. All the amenities are close by and its very easy to get around. Itsnot possible to park in front of the house, not even to unload the car but a big parking is just around the corner. Ivan always replied quite quickly when we had a question. The flat is very well equipped and was very clean. I would definitely recommend.

Our stay at the apartment in the middle of september was just wonderful! Tobias and David are the nicest hosts, very carring but not intrusive at all. Their wine bar is also an absolut recommendation. The flat is very stylish and clean and is perfectly located to either have a nice beach day, have a hike in the mountains or just releax in the apartment and enjoy the view. Best of all worlds! House in a top location with beautiful views of the sea from the large terrace. It has everything you need for a feel-good vacation: from the amenities, the cleanliness, the communication long in advance with the landlord, who has a list of valuable tips for restaurants. The reception was also straightforward, friendly, with quick response time. Great. I highly recommend it!

Perfect apartment for a working/vacation. Great location close to the centre of Villefranche although you do need to be fairly fit to climb the steps from the harbourside to the property. Roni was very helpful and met us on arrival and gave us some great tips on local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning soon.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is very beautiful, the rooms are well distributed (a master suite at the end of the apartment, a beautiful and well-equipped spare room with its shower room following then the living room) and allow everyone to find a little privacy when necessary. The amenities are many and convenient (tv, air conditioning, cooking utensils, etc...). The terrace that runs throughout the apartment (and therefore, accessible from all rooms) is very nice. The view is splendid (towards the Italian coast, the sea, the port and the old Menton). Crossing the opposite sidewalk, we are right away on the boardwalk that leads to Les Sablettes and Vieux Menton. It's a very nice rental. Underground parking (narrow and steep) is a challenge but it's a real chance to have a guaranteed parking space in this neighborhood where squares are in high demand.

Beautiful Airbnb right with a view of the beach, stayed for me and my twin sisters birthday - was perfect, was about a 20 min stroll to old Nice and ~3 min walk to the tram! (Definitely use public transit if you visit it was so nice and easy to use) Host gave list of recommendations prior to check in, we used many of their recommendations for food and stuff to do. Tam at check in also gave us ideas of things to do and was very helpful the entire stay!
