Maria’s place is newly renovated and very comfortable. Maria was very responsive and met us at the house. We were here for Christmas and the kitchen was well appointed to cook at home. They gave a great recommendation for a nearby butcher. It was an easy drive to get to Trebisacce. We also explored the coast and Albidona in the hills. My family came from these towns so it was great to be able to see where my family came from. I’m sure the beach is the big draw here. I’d like to come back in a warmer season. If you have a car, this is a comfortable place to be. Everything was tranquillo!

Great accommodation, well located in the center of Villapiana lido, equipped with everything you need and very clean. You can walk comfortably to both restaurants and the sea. There is a pedestrian crossing not indicated by the various navigators to reach the beach, it takes about 3 minutes on foot. Same for evening walks on the waterfront. Services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. As per the description, there is private parking, during our stay (1 week) we never used the car. Giuliano is a very active Host, all our questions were answered almost immediately. It will definitely be a place to come back to.

Maria Teresa's apartments are cute little houses with a beautiful spacious veranda, immersed in a beautiful garden. The accommodations are simple and functional, well furnished and complete with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Maria Teresa is an extremely kind host, very sociable, friendly, but above all caring. She sent us useful messages towards the end of the journey to inform us well about the way to go and she was always very attentive and welcoming. Very positive living room!

The stay at Giuseppe's place was excellent. This is a large house with large rooms, very spacious and clean. The pool is excellent and clean. The garden is very well maintained. The play facilities are excellent for children. Communication with Giuseppe was good, especially with Google Translate. Giuseppe was constantly interested if we needed help with anything, and even helped us order a pizza from a restaurant near the place. The value is very good for the price.

I recommend it. House located in a great location in an exclusive village with pool. The house is not very large, but it is well-kept, clean and with changes in taste. Partly stylish and part rustic. We stayed for one night, but we have a maximum rating for all the services offered. See you next time!

Annalisa's place was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family to feel relaxed and each of us having private space in the house. The view is beautiful of the sea and it's great that there are decks on both bedrooms on the second floor. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the home. It was difficult for us to find the place initially. If you visit know that you must drive all the way up to the top of the hill to find the development. The easy access to the pool was great and when we visited the pool it felt like we had our own private pool. Thank you very much Annalisa for hosting us!

Monica, due to family problems, was not present in the accommodation, but behind her were people of all respect, her cousin and her partner. Really clear people and they make themselves available on everything, the day I had to leave the accommodation the partner offered me another day. Nothing exceptional to say, really.

We have just returned from this fantastic vacation, the accommodation is equipped with every comfort and very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, ideal for those like us traveling with a small child. The village is well maintained and the entertainment also organized many events for young and old. We really appreciate Grazia's hospitality and friendliness.

We gladly returned to Alessandro. Hosts who are always available, friendly, and responsive. The building boasts a strategic location (a stone's throw from the main street, but at the same time sheltered and quiet) and well divided and comfortable spaces even for 4 people. Some small improvements, already suggested, would, however, be useful to enhance it without distorting the rustic style that distinguishes it. The availability of essential amenities (pillowcases, sheets and towels), which not everyone offers in the area is very appreciated.

We were Fabrizio's guests and actually more than guests we really felt at home! The house is really cared for in every detail and everything is in its place, just like any self-respecting grandmother would want. He left us wood to keep us warm and everything we needed to spend 3 carefree days. The view from the kitchen, and moreover during New Year's Eve, was something magical and indescribable. I stayed in Mascia's house for 5 days, it was like being at home. The apartment is large, comfortable, warm, and it was delivered very clean. The condo is quiet. Mascia is a very helpful and welcoming person, the stay was perfect. I recommend it.

Magnificent experience, the house has fully met expectations and is in a really quiet and strategic area to get around. Pasquale made us feel at home from the first moment by fulfilling all our requests and recommending many places to visit and activities. Spacious and light apartment with awesome sea views 😍 Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Within walking distance of Intavolata beach - very steep hill but the stairs make it somewhat easier, and definitely worth the walk! We can recommend driving to Cetraro for bars and the Agape restaurant. All the people in the area are super friendly, the mountains in the Northern Calabria region are beautiful and calm, but still some interesting places to be visited (deserted villages, some of the Borghi piu belli d'Italia, mountain walks). The Masseria Ulisse and Calipso is located on the hill, but at the same time it is very close to the sea( 5 minutes by car). It enjoys a beautiful view of the sea, in the morning when you wake up the only sound you will hear will be the birds, you feel completely immersed in nature. The place was clean, tastefully furnished, and had everything you need. Mrs. Anna was a kind, polite and never intrusive person, she was very helpful right away. Always attentive to our needs and also to those of our dog (you can see that she loves animals).. she has not imposed any limits on her freedom of exploration, clearly always respecting other guests! As soon as we arrived, he delighted us with a very good dessert and typical products...Our experience was very positive. If you're looking for total relaxation, this is the place!!!
