Accommodations in Villanova

Wonderful house with truly comfortable furniture. I actually photographed some of the furniture and manufacturer's tags to get those chairs and sofa for home. Mattress (king) also excellent. I stayed 5 days for work, and didn't want to leave. Super convenient for hiking on Neversink, too. It is not completely private since you may see hikers going by, and as an older female staying alone, I was aware of that. But there are plenty of shades including blackout and I got used to it. The view, before leaves come out, is awesome, the Mt. Penn neighborhood and Pagoda lit up at night, and the Howard Street Bridge, love it. Time to read the Updike "Rabbit" books again. One tip, make sure the upper shower knob is pointed down, or you will get a cold overhead blast from the other shower head. Otherwise all appliances and amenities are terrific! Cozy stay - passed through for work and was able to recharge by staying here. Carrie was responsive and the place was super comfy. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Newark.

Very good location for Old City. The parking garage 2 blocks away was convenient. Just make sure to have your luggage easily accessible as you'll need to remove it from your car and you won't be able to access your vehicle until you check out of the parking garage. We reserved and paid for our spot ahead of time to make sure we'd have a spot. House is clean with plenty of towels. 2 washer/dryers was useful for our family of 5. The gas stove was great. It was really nice to make breakfast before our days of sightseeing.

The place was comfortable and spacious. We were there for visiting family and it was a great place for us all to gather. Instructions for using the various amenities were very clear and easy to follow. The location is great for getting to local shops and restaurants, and it is an easy train trip into Philadelphia from the location. Dave is a great host, being friendly and easy to reach.

Elaine was an excellent host. The house was in a great location, very walkable neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and bars. House was clean , spacious and comfortable. Will definitely rent again. Also, by some miracle , always found a parking space !! ha!~

This place was wonderful! Went for a weekend with my dogs and boyfriend to see family and stayed here! The house was very clean when we arrived and the host left us some wine and snacks which was very nice after a long day of traveling! The outside is beautiful as well and our dogs loved the yard! Would reccomend this place to anyone staying in the area!
