The accommodation matched our expectations and needs, for this long professional weekend in Tours. Quiet and functional, parking spaces at the bottom of the building and nearby bus line.

The place as great, clean, comfortable, great location. Highly recommended

Very nice place, true to description and listing photos. Access to a parking space (for €10 per night) makes it possible not to take the head to find a place in the city, and is a real plus given the location.

Everything was perfect. Free parking is close by. We had a wonderful time in Amboise. Just be aware that the unit is 2 floors up. You need to carry your luggage up.

The accommodation is lovely. We had a pleasant stay. It feels like the house. I recommend it. The proximity to restaurants and the city center allows you to rooftop fairz on foot. David is very welcoming, available and accommodating. The lounge area with sin video projector is nice.

This was a fantastic place with the addition of your own outdoor garden right in central Tours. It is an amazing historic building so this is for those who don't want all mod cons. It can be a little noisy in the square but this is balanced out by the beauty of being by the churches and historic buildings and shuttered long windows open onto a lively square. We had a great time and Nanie was very helpful.

We had a great weekend at Alexandra's house. The house is in a great location in the city center. Once we arrived, we didn't touch the weekend car anymore. The house is very nice. We immediately felt good there. It's warm and tastefully furnished. We were two families and very well settled and very comfortable, in large common areas of the house. Alexandra is a very available and responsive host, responding very quickly to different questions. The short welcome notice is perfect, with all the first information needed for the stay at the house. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a lovely stay at this unusual little house. The terrace is nice to have coffee in the sun (we hadn't seen it in the photos so it was a nice surprise). If we have to come back to the area we will take over the same accommodation without hesitation.

Ideally located for our family looking for calm, while staying at the gates of Tours. Alexandre's house is very clean and nicely furnished. We did not lack anything (special mention for the well-equipped kitchen). Alexandre is very responsive and access to the house with smartphone app is easy.

With my girlfriends, we stayed at Lucinda's for a weekend to visit the city and surroundings. When we arrived we were amazed by the decor and beauty of the house! There is also what you need as amenities, books, games...

Listing as described, well located and very clean. Good bedding. Covered parking and hot tub are a real asset. Very good communication.

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Had a great stay in Tours at a very well located flat in a lovely part of the town. Close to the river and easy walking distance to the town centre and train station, and the garden was really pleasant to sit outside in when the weather was good. Adeline was a great host and would definitely stay again the next time I’m in Tours.

I stayed at Jean-Marc's place for the weekend, and the studio was better than I had expected! It is quite centrally located, extremely clean and had everything we needed. Being a studio, every inch of the space was well thought through, to maximize space. Well worth it, I definitely recommend it!

A beautiful facility with easy access to many attractions. One of the most beautiful castles and a magical little town right outside the front door.

Laetitia is very nice, attentive and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable: clean, welcoming and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare good dishes! The small downside is that the collective heating was not on and we were not very hot (we enjoyed having blankets available). We had a great weekend! And all of my friends and I would highly recommend taking this place.

We had a great time at Albert's place! The cleanliness was spotless, the communication perfect, and the welcome warm and thoughtful. Albert is a very friendly and considerate host. The apartment is ideal for staying a few nights: it is located very close to the train station, with easy parking and many shops nearby. While we can hear a little noise at night (as specified in the listing), it didn't bother our stay. The apartment is simple but perfectly in line with the value for money. We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to return. Thanks, Albert! 😊
