House vacation rentals in Villaggio Solito Posto

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

The house is nestled in a beautiful pine forest near the sea. There are other accommodations, but their outdoor spaces are for exclusive use. On the way back from the sea, the pine forest was an authentic good retreat: outdoor shower, two tables, deck chairs and masonry grill. In short, an ideal place to enjoy the silence, nature and the starry sky. The pine forest is a few kilometers from the municipality of Isola di Capo Rizzuto but there is a market and a bar nearby. A short walk from the property, there is a secluded and beautiful beach. Red sand, crystal clear sea and full of fish (Le Cannella is part of the protected marine area of C. Rizzuto). The descent to the sea is simple, but rather steep: not suitable for all ages and knees. Nearby there are still equally beautiful beaches, sometimes easier to access. Great communication with the legendary Mario. Whatelse to add? We will be back as soon as possible with great pleasure.

Staying at Marcella's was like being at home, if it's in a corner of Calabrian paradise. Always available, friendly and kind, always very ready to answer our questions before and during the stay. The house is spacious, clean, and with everything you need for the place, and a little more. It is literally above the sea, and overlooks a free beach closed on both sides, far from the main road and away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A morning coffee with a sea view and the waves the only noise is priceless. The ideal place for those who want to withdraw from the tram-tram, and find some inner peace.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Great experience! Characteristic mountain apartment, cozy, clean and equipped with everything! The host is also also available for tips on the points of interest in the area. Perfect location in the center of every activity and in the middle of beautiful views!

I had the pleasure of staying at Claudia's bed and breakfast and I can only express my enthusiasm for this wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kind ways. The structure is impeccable in terms of cleanliness. The location is extremely convenient and centrally located. This has been a great benefit for our travels. The most beautiful thing is the in-room bathtub. A real cuddle!! I especially appreciated the quality and care dedicated to every detail. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to relax and feel at home. I look forward to returning.

Everything was perfect: from the welcome of Ugo, able to make us feel immediately comfortable, to the apartment, which was well furnished, clean, tidy, with a nice view and a few steps from the pool and sea. Fully recommended.

I stayed in Villetta Paradiso and what to say, great location, the sea can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot and therefore also the long sea in the evening, which offers a wide choice of places to stop for dinner or even just to have a drink. Also very close to a supermarket. Clean apartment, exactly the same as described and super friendly hosts.

I stayed only one night with friends but would stay again. The flat is freshly renovated, I think we were the first one there. Spotless and quite well insulated so it doesnt matter if it’s next to the main road. Very good restaurants in town. Great place to explore the area.
