Vacation rentals with a patio in Villaggio Piras

A pretty apartment in a quiet area. Upstairs is a bedroom with balcony and a bathroom. Downstairs is a living and cooking area with a pull-out sofa. No wonder if the sofa is pulled out, you can't open the front door anymore. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had some trouble with the induction stove at the beginning, but Ludovica was very supportive. There is an outdoor area with sitting lounge and a barbecue. We didn't use that In the village there are two small supermarkets, a pharmacy, a few restaurants and cafes. It is about a 7-minute walk to the beach/harbor. The beach is ok. The bus stop can be reached in 1-2 minutes. By bus you can reach Santa Teresa Gallura in 15 minutes. There is a pool in the holiday complex, but it is no longer serviced/maintained after September 15. We were therefore unable to use the pool, but that was not important to us. Overall, we felt very comfortable.

Really nice place in a quiet part of town yet just a 15 minute walk to the main area of downtown with lots of restaurants. Street parking was very easy. Wifi was strong enough for video calls. Anna Rita was really nice and even had some beach chairs and an umbrella we could use. Would highly recommend!

The location was perfect, quiet, in a residential area but an easy walk to the beach, marina and restaurants. The apartment was as per the photos and super clean. Carmen was very responsive and provided some suggestions for the area. We were only there 2 nights but I wish we had stayed longer.

Our host Andrea was very welcoming and warm, very helpful. We loved connecting with him. Thanks again! The accommodation is great, we were a little cold and there is no blackout curtain if this is important to you. We loved our night.

We had a great stay in Valledoria at Tiziana's apartment. Very nicely furnished and perfectly equipped, we had great pleasure in recharging it for about ten days. Especially since it is located close to shops, restaurants, entertainment... and a very large sandy beach with a family and joyful atmosphere. We had a car (very easy to park for free near the apartment) which allowed us to shine in the north east and west of the island to discover beautiful villages and old stones full of history. We will return with pleasure to Sardinia. Thanks to Tiziana for letting us know.

From our request to check-out, communication with Marco went smoothly. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love and we felt very comfortable in it. We were a group of 10 and had an absolute amazing stay at the S’ARD House. The house and cottage has rooms with great space and private bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped and Valentina was very responsive. The location is very nice if you want to have a nice view of the sunset, a peaceful stay and be 20min drive from a lot of nice beaches. Supermarkets are also 10min away.

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

Residence and beautiful setting, close to nature, most beautiful sunset in Sardinia 10 minutes away (Li Cossi), Natalia was very nice and very responsive. Recommended.

Laura's place is a real gem, one of the nicest AIRBNB we have ever stayed at. The decor is stylish and homely. The terrace is breathtaking yet quiet. We enjoyed the place so much we decided to dine in to make full use of this little piece of paradise. Although we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Laura, she was always available on the phone and gave us some important tips of Porto Cervo. Parking is easy with its own allotted space. Laura also provided towels for us to take on the beach. The bedding is alwo top quality. If you planning a trip to Costa Esmeralda look no further, this is the place. Thank you Laura, you made our stay special.

Our stay was very pleasant in Paola's house, we have everything we need in the house… Beach toys for children, bikes, a magnificent quiet terrace and a very nice outdoor shower when returning from the beach. The village is a 10 min walk or 5 min by bike as well as access to the beach. The largest town Olbia is a 10 min drive to do more shopping and especially enjoy the many restaurants and other activities. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It was very well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is in a peaceful area, just a short drive from Olbia. Patrizia was an exceptional host, very kind and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would highly reccomend this accomodation!

Tommaso was very welcoming, helpful and available. He answered all our requests very quickly and fully.

Charlotte was particularly welcoming and caring. The apartment was very well located, very clean, well appointed, perfectly equipped and with comfortable bedding. A small supermarket with everything you need (including bread) is at the foot of the building. We had a great stay!

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

Perfect place to stay in Olbia. Chill place, with friendly neighbours. If you are searching for a place that has all the amenities like your house, this is the place. One note to consider the rooms are at demisol, but quite well ventilated. We didn't have too much light in the bedrooms but was perfect as we wanted to sleep. Nice cozy terrace for breakfast and dinner drinks. Eva was amazing with recommendations as well as helping us around the house with any issues that occurred. Would definitely return. Plus note the AC, made a real difference when the humid weather outside kicked in. Best, Stefan

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

We had a wonderful time in Giulia's apartment. Dreamy beaches are nearby, each just a short car ride away. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the view from the terrace is beautiful! Giulia was always available and very accommodating!
