A true gem, in a charming location. This construction and luxury, despite age, coupled with coziness is rare to be found. Great wooden construction, great views and cozy interior design. Ample space is available. Very large living room. Excellent kitchen (quality) and also outdoor kitchen with barbecue. The equipment is sufficient, cooling options are well available. Great for cooking evenings! The gym offers plenty of opportunities for amateurs as well as athletes. Steam sauna and hot tub are available in the colder months. Communication with hosts was excellent Ronja was always available and very accurate and warm. The location is a dream, within walking distance are two very good inns where everyone can find something.

Beautiful accommodation, easy to reach very large rooms with their own bathroom, host Ana, super available. The very quiet area is perfect for spending time with friends, the sauna is great for relaxing.

we were thoroughly enthusiastic about the shore cottage, the location was absolutely perfect, and the highlight was the proximity to the river Gail. would come back right away 🤗

Absolutely beautiful house, spotless and in incredible surroundings. All our needs were met. Only gripe is that, upon arrival, we were subjected to a tirade of messages from the keyholder, asking for credit card details for a deposit, and for us to pay (first in cash then by bank transfer) a local tax. Booking with Airbnb should not require any further charges. When I did not reply immediately (I was trying to check it was a legitimate request) I was badgered for the payment. We also had to complete an online form giving names, addresses, passport details etc of every person in our party. All of this should have been done before we left; after a long and exhausting day travelling it significantly reduced our enjoyment of our first day.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic apartment in Augsdorf. The place was not only beautifully decorated but also perfectly clean and cozy. The handling was super easy and uncomplicated from the beginning. Special praise goes to the landlord,who was extremely friendly and helpful. We feel comfortable all around and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Great place in an old gate house of the castle. Beautiful surroundings, the pool was the favourite of the kids. Really recommend this place.

The villas are a mile walk (each way) into town —perfect for working off the gelato we walked to get most evenings. They have a private dock stocked with paddle boards, deck chairs, and a fridge to store beverages for the day. Alex is the on-site manager and is very responsive and had nice local recommendations. We lived our time here.

PERFECT !! what else to say ?? Suzana is one of the kindness and helpful host i ever met. Her house is beautiful, located in a very quiet place, and very well equiped. I highly recommend !!!

This was without doubt the best place we stayed on our trip. . The photos of the house do not do it justice - it’s beautiful, very modern, spotlessly clean and has everything you may need. It’s situated in a quiet and private area, with lovely views of the hills and mountains from the patio. The location is great with so much to do locally and a great base for longer excursions. Dagmar and her husband were so welcoming and just couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful - and so nice to have hosts who welcome motor cyclists too. Thank you again for making the garage available to us. Just perfect.

Top location - very clean. However, one of the two double beds is so uncomfortable that it is virtually not usable. Here, an investment in a new mattress would be urgently needed. Otherwise 10 out of 10!

Great house in a quiet area, with spacious and comfortable stays...we felt right at home... Christa's magnificent welcome who was kind enough to drive us from the train station to the house and take us to the station on the day of departure. Full house, with everything you need to spend as much time there as you want. We will repeat for sure

Accommodation was just gorgeous! We had both snow and sunny days. Were able to enjoy the beautiful winter landscape from the sauna and marvel at the sunset on the large terrace from the bed in fine weather. The mountain panorama from every window is breathtaking. The chalet is great built, every room is used sensibly. The architectural style is something very special with a lot of love for detail. We felt completely comfortable, were able to relax wonderfully and enjoy the tranquility in nature. I loved staying in the "women's room". Small but fine: lovingly decorated and designed, nice details, everything simple but functional and practical. The environment is very quiet. Sitting in the garden in the evening, you can basically only hear the cows grazing in the meadow in front of the house. ;-) The surroundings are fantastically beautiful, a beautiful water lily pond, surrounded by forest and meadow - also very nice for cooling off in between! Another 2 minutes up you are on the hill with a fantastic view of Lake Wörthersee and the many mountain ranges behind it. Beautiful excursions can be made by car, about 10 minutes to Lake Wörthersee or other smaller lakes in the surrounding area. Ingrid is such a lovely host that I felt comfortable and welcome from the first minute. She was always available for questions and fulfilled every wish for me - sometimes even without me pronouncing it. :-) I had a wonderful time!

This is a perfect cozy cabin for a ski trip with friends or family! It has three bedrooms upstairs with beautiful views of the lake. The kitchen is perfect for cooking breakfast before a long day on the slopes. It’s about a 5 minute drive to the closest chairlift once you have your lift ticket.

We had a great week with the whole family. The place with this view is fantastic - highly recommended! And also the communication was great and above all so friendly and straightforward.

very nice and comfortable house, equipped with everything you need, spacious and very clean. the outdoor space is very usable and illuminated even for the evening and the kids had a great time playing in the large garden. ideal location to reach the various points of interest.
