Excellent place, the location is very good. The apartment was spotless. The host is also very friendly, we had a great time.

I enjoyed my stay here. The apartment has a lovely patio, which gives more space to the living room. You can find anything you need around the neighborhood.

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was conveniently located to everything. I felt very safe and right at home. The host was extremely flexible with our check in and check out times, which was tremendously helpful, as I had very early flights coming in and going out of Buenos Aires. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will choose to stay here again the next time I travel to the capital.

This is just such an incredible gem. We absolutely loved staying there. We were a family of three, staying in BA for three months - the apartment and location was ideal. Carolina and her family were so helpful on so many levels - extremely responsive and kind. They went to great lengths to make our stay really special and easy- we felt so welcomed and grateful for all their help. Meli and Carolina even offered to babysit on occasion - it was so great to experience BA as if we lived there properly, knowing we were in safe hands. My husband worked from a bedroom remotely during the stay. Internet was good with the occasional hiccup but Carolina fixed it within a few hours. That flat had everything we needed plus more! We reserved the rooftop bbq area some evenings which was so beautiful. There are two really great plazas/playgrounds nearby which our daughter loved. Amazing choice of restaurants and cafes. Its a definite up and coming area i cant recommend enough! Thank you!!

Stayed for a month, and this place was perfect. Super clean, great location, fast WiFi, and the rooftop amazing. More importantly, Cande is probably the single best host on all of Airbnb. Always super responsive, helpful, and went out of her way to make us feel at home. Highly recommend booking this spot.. 15 out of 10 rating!

My stay was just spectacular! The property is located in an incredibly beautiful area, surrounded by a very quiet environment, which made my stay a very pleasant experience. The place was spotlessly clean with all the amenities I needed and more. Plus the hosts were exceptional. Great location, close to all of the bars and restaurants in Palermo and felt safe. The place itself was very unique, and we loved the access to the patio and balconies in each bedroom.

Contact with Belen and Marcelo was always simple, they responded to all inquiries promptly. They were flexible and always very predisposed, attentive to every need. The accommodation is beautiful, as seen in the photos and the neighborhood is quiet with good accessibility. Most likely we'll be back!

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

The apartment is great and on the terrace there is a large space with a hot tub, barbecue, refrigerator and tables. In the area there are good shops (markets in front of the building, pharmacy, fruit shop, butcher, butcher, gas station, gas station, vinoteca, etc.). The subway line B is not far, you need to walk 5 blocks and the streets are safe.

Astrid is a other level host! Being my first time he greeted us at home, he helped us leave our bags on the airbnb without charging us anything additional, he loaned us his card so we could mobilize and he helped us even with recharges because we didn't know where to recharge. When we arrived we had a bottle with water , everything was clean, it's indescribable how we felt here. I would definitely stay here again. Daniela's space is fantastic, the apartment super comfortable and just like the photos posted. In addition, I was able to enjoy all the comforts of the building, which is many that made my stay fantastic. Regarding communication Daniela was always available, and attentive to every detail. I recommend it and of course I will be back.

Had a wonderful 4-night stay at Gonzalo's. It is exactly as pictured. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved using the grill and enjoying the views from that space at night. Gonzalo was a wonderful host, responded quickly, and gave wonderful recommendations. The neighborhood was fantastic. Super walkable, lots of food and shopping around. The only cons were the toilet paper holder needed tightening and the red towels left a lot of residue, but those were minor details. We would 100% stay again!

The apartment offers an incomparable panoramic view of the Madero Harbor, a true privilege for the senses. The hosts are very friendly and attentive.

The apartment is delicious, with a breathtaking view. Full kitchen and smart tv. Very nice setting for a wine at night listening to a song. Very modern building with a 25m swimming pool, two huge hydros, dry sauna and gym. Ideal location. Close to a Smart Fit, the parks, the thousands of restaurants, the river and the casino. I stayed a week in Palermo and regretted it. The best spot to tour is in Porto Madero. Palermo is good to go only to specific establishments such as dom julio, there cabrera etc. we thank all Patrícia hospitality and to the customers I leave the tip of the Villegas restaurant. Tomahawk is spectacular. Simply fantastic. A big hug Patricia!
