Vacation rentals in Villa Santo Stefano

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

We had a great summer with a family with children. The house has a big private garden where the kids can play. Very convenient with private road down to the beach, which makes it easier to walk on the beach several times a day. In addition, a shower in the garden was very helpful to flush the sand when coming from the beach. The house was large with plenty of space for several families. Would aboslutt recommend the place. We would gladly came again.

This apartment was adorable! There was so much space and it was very well distributed. We loved the two terraces and truly enjoyed eating our breakfast in the morning sun. The beds were comfortable and the place was very quiet, we slept so well! The apartment is right in the middle of the best neighborhood in Rome, surrounded by funky shops, must see museums and amazing restaurants. Alessia was a fantastic host and she always answered every text quickly when we had questions. We highly recommend this gorgeous apartment!

Great location and nice, spacious apartment. Clean and well-maintained. Big plus with two full bathrooms, nice bathtub, nice and well-equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare breakfast or a simple dinner. Great beds, clean linens and towels. Lots of restaurants nearby, short walking distance to the Colosseum and generally walking distance to all sights.

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

We decided to stay in this magnificent place to celebrate New Year's Eve and we are so happy to have made this choice! The place is immersed in nature and offers spectacular views, from dawn to dusk. It is ideal for a retreat in contact with nature and yourself, but also for a group stay. Pietro is an extremely friendly host who puts the value of human relationships first, even when traveling. He and his wife welcomed us with a welcome aperitif with great local products (and made us try the oil of their crazy olive trees!!) to get to know each other better. Pietro has always been available for all our needs. Highly recommended for those looking for a slow, not stressful experience. See you next time! (Maybe in the summer with the pool open :-) )

It was a good place to stay with a little bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. Danilo is great with communication and accommodating us for our needs, friendly host.
