Palermo Hollywood and Palermo SoHo are great walkable areas, with lots of restaurants, bars, shops and craft fairs on holidays. If you are a reader like me there are more than 4 adorable bookstores, Borges was raised in Palermo’s streets and the Palermo letters are in Julio Cortázar’s plaza, short distance from the apartment. Arcos shopping district (open air) is family friendly and near by. The building has two pools, amazing if you go in the summer time.

Ezequiel's apartment is beautiful!! It has everything you need to spend a few incredible days!! And he, a great host!! I would definitely go back!!

Great place to stay in buenos aires

I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough! I stayed for about a month, and I couldn't have asked for better. Location was perfect--easily walkable to many different neighborhoods and sites. The apartment and building were clean and comfortable, and the building staff were extremely helpful. Santiago was an outstanding host as well. He met me when I arrived and was available at all times for any questions I had, even for things unrelated to the apartment itself. Overall an absolutely outstanding stay!

Everything looks great, without any reservations. I recommend it 100%!

It’s a lovely, modern space with lots of natural light throughout the apartment. It’s spacious with two master suites, perfect for two couples. It is located in the middle of Palermo with plenty of shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance, and a short cab ride to the city center.

Beautiful house, very technological everything. Air conditioning in almost every environment, everything works to properly. We had a great stay.

Nicolas’ home is a true paradise retreat surrounded by a lush garden. The pictures do not completely reflect its charm - beautiful art and decoration, comfortable furniture, including many outdoor, fully equipped kitchen and a nearby supermarket. Nicolas is a true Super Host and a very nice one :) He is responsive, easy to communicate, flexible and accommodating. If you want a peaceful rest and an escape from the city noise and hassle, this Del Aviso villa in an oasis will be perfect for you. It was for us!

Awesome. It was big brother's house haha! Super comfortable, with functional spaces. Clean, especially kitchen bathrooms and sheets. I would definitely come back. Super friendly and helpful hosts. Spectacular location in the heart of Palermo.

wow this place and ezequiel, simply amazing. For one, the apartment is much much much bigger than the picture, fully equipped and cleaner than my own place. And every one from my group love the historical photos and decor and furnitures and just people watching from balconies. The location is so central you can walk to all the places and a gazillion of great restaurants, bars and helados. Ezequiel gave us a list of great restaurants nearby and we love them so much! The neighborhood feels very safe to walk around at night. Ezequiel is very friendly, perfect English and perfect communication. My parents arrived by different flight and had to check in before I did, they barely speak English but Ezequiel was so nice and made all the house instructions so clear. He also helped our large suitcases up and down. All In all, a great stay and amazing host, got nothing but the best to say about them.

Our stay at Casa Serrano was exceptional. 1. The house was better than expected, brand new but the inside courtyard meant you had a little piece of privacy in a busy area. 2. Rodrigues was on call and incredibly helpful and responsive. Lots of recommendations and great English 3. The area had great shopping and local bars, it felt very safe. Palermo is a very cool area. Taxis into the microcentre were so cheap so we got the best of everything 4. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning spot on and lots of space. 5. The Jewell in the crown was the rooftop hot tub and sun beds, great after a hot day 6. I can honestly say this is the best Airbnb, I have ever stayed in Thank you.

Oliver is very helpful and personally went to show us the space. The loft is huge, modern and very comfortable. The location is perfect. We were four adults. For children I would not recommend on account of the stairs. It's a space I'd be locating again for sure!

Amazing accommodation with a stunning view of Avenida 9 de Julio! The building is well-maintained, featuring excellent security, a gym, and a pool. Perfectly located, just a short walk from the city’s most important attractions.

The apartment is delicious, with a breathtaking view. Full kitchen and smart tv. Very nice setting for a wine at night listening to a song. Very modern building with a 25m swimming pool, two huge hydros, dry sauna and gym. Ideal location. Close to a Smart Fit, the parks, the thousands of restaurants, the river and the casino. I stayed a week in Palermo and regretted it. The best spot to tour is in Porto Madero. Palermo is good to go only to specific establishments such as dom julio, there cabrera etc. we thank all Patrícia hospitality and to the customers I leave the tip of the Villegas restaurant. Tomahawk is spectacular. Simply fantastic. A big hug Patricia!
