I had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s place and would definitely recommend it. The interior was cozy and well-accommodated, and the outdoor view was stunning—I could see the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, and Santa Croce right from the apartment. The location is perfect for sightseeing, but it’s worth noting that it can get noisy on Friday nights and weekends, with people making noise past midnight. Jessica was a fantastic host—very friendly and responsive. She even helped me carry my heavy luggage up the stairs, which was much appreciated. There was a minor issue with the water supply once, but Jessica resolved it quickly, so it wasn’t a big problem. If you don’t mind the stairs to reach the great panorama, the occasional late-night noise, and the quirks of an old water pipe system in the center of Florence, you will love this apartment!

When I think of Tuscany this is the place to be. In the middle of nowhere, peaceful, but at the same time 1 hour drive from Pisa, Florence, Luca. Wonderful view, traditional house, clean and tidy. Very kind hosts. I will love to go back again.

Giovanna is a kind, attentive and punctual host. My boyfriend and I were in Viareggio for Lucca Comics and, from the beginning of our stay, as soon as we entered the accommodation, we felt right at home. Giovanna prepared the place for us with a comfortable atmosphere, with soft lights and candles and made us find a welcome bottle of wine. In addition, she was super helpful in meeting us with flexible check-in and checkout. The apartment had everything you need, also to prepare on your own breakfast and other meals (coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, dish soap, etc.) and was very clean. The area was quiet and central, close to the train station (10 min walk) many restaurants and the famous Viareggio promenade, near the sea. We couldn't take advantage of the garden, because it was autumn, but we hope to come back soon and get to know the turtles too! Thanks Giovanna! You're awesome.
