i've visited the place before but Cristina's place was better. the kids had a great time. we really enjoyed the stay.

Love this place -- Cadaques -- and the beautiful beach and muelle that are perfect places to hang out and swim. I have stayed here many times, and will stay here again. The place is safe, secure and clean, very comfortable and I know what to expect. Thank you for everything.

Good apartment in a central location; I had a good stay and would come back if I were staying in Bayahibe again; Many shops and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking distance; Parking available in front of building; A (minor) disadvantage (at least currently): just across the street, there is major construction work going on (which caused some noise during daytime), but no problem when inside the apartment with the door closed - and no noisy during the night.

Cozy cute and peaceful one bedroom ground floor unit with nice walk out patio to gardens and pool. Gated community with friendly security. Very safe and secure. The landscaping and flowers and palms were especially well cared for. Not poolside but very close to pools, and therefore a quiet area. Walking distance to markets, grocery store with fresh meats and veggies certain days of the week. A very nice Italian bakery GeniPeni just a quick 3 minute walk. Fresh baked baquettes and mini pizzas and espresso. Some very nice restaurants close by, would recommend Bella Mbriana pizzeria. Beach 10-15 min walk. Very easy with sidewalk. Janelle and Julio were very responsive, kind, and professional hosts. We would definitely rent from them again. Recommend this condo unit for total R&R for a couple, or for Solos.

Jason's place looks brand new evertbting was very clean and it nicely appointed condo. Good balcony space very roomy inside nice smart tvs in living room and both bedrooms. finishes were pretty nice especially the interior doors, bathrooms overall etc. close to alot of good restaurant s the beach and other area attractions only had one night this time but would definitely recommend and would return myself.

The apartment is beautiful although a little away from the city. But the relationship with the price was fine. I just didn't like having to go out and throw the trash out.

The apartment is super cozy, very well equipped, everything works perfectly, the only thing that exceeds the same apartment are the attentions of Indhira, who gave us a close follow-up at all times. The area of Playa Nueva Romana is safe, beautiful and close to the beach, pizzeria, restaurant, mini market, tennis courts, soccer, golf course, etc. It is better to use a vehicle to move inside the complex that is majestically large and beautiful. All of the aforementioned amenities are located less than 5 minutes away by car or 20 minutes on foot. We definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely come back. I had an incredible stay at the place! The accommodation was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I loved staying at Julio’s condominium. It was very organized, clean, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the delicate use of white tones, giving it a serene, ocean-inspired vibe. His service was excellent—despite being on a long-distance trip, he always responded to my messages immediately. I highly recommend him 100%. He is very attentive, polite, and respectful, and I encourage others to consider staying at his property after reading my review. Even from the United States, I will recommend him to my friends so they can also experience this wonderful place. It’s perfect for families and children, as the beach, water park, and restaurants are all nearby. The apartment was impeccably clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail. Julio is an outstanding host who will promptly address any issues or concerns that may arise during your stay. I absolutely recommend him and his property without hesitation.

check in is different than most. no drop box, but meet the host. link to address got you to street, not apartment had to figure out. this can be avoided I guess by call a out 10 mins before arriving and host can send you location. the place is beautiful, clean, and very secure. lot of places within 10 minutes. I would definitely rent again. the place had everything we needed and more.

The apartment is as described and seen in the photos. It is soberly decorated, with great taste and is very well equipped with everything you need to have an excellent stay. Everything is of excellent quality in both the kitchen and the linens and towels. It is very bright. It is located within a complex that is under construction, we hope it does not take away perspective and brightness. When we arrived they were cleaning the apartment and as soon as it was ready, an hour before check-in time, Piotr was kind enough to allow us in. Everything was spotlessly clean. The place is a dream and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Piotr is a very kind and thoughtful host.

We had a great time!!! The place is like the description, it has everything you need and everything is well organized. The setting is beautiful, spacious pools and private beach access is a short walk away, the restaurant has good options, and the convenience store is well stocked. You can get there by car, Uber or bus easily as those that have a route from La Romana end their tour just in front. I would definitely choose it again in an upcoming opportunity to visit such a beautiful country. Thank you for everything Karina!!!

If you're looking for tranquility, comfort, and security, this space is perfect. All organized, equipped and clean. We spent new year's as a family and everything was great. The beach club nearby, playgrounds for the little ones, a supermarket in the complex and the nearby beach. We already want to come back, thank you Alejandro for your attention !!

Excellent place, exclusive, to be quiet and also do several activities. it has a private beach and an excellent restaurant, quality is cost.

Melissa was very attentive during our stay. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the beach and all the markets around the city.

The place was as advertised and the photos. It was in excellent condition, the area is very quiet and safe... it also has an excellent pool. On the other hand I had plenty of towels and bedding to cover every day of the reservation. Juan Carlos was attentive and always available for things we need. we'll come back

I love this place. Super spacious and quiet. Check-in was super easy to do. The pool in the complex is spectacular. Auri is without a doubt an excellent host. She was always attentive to my messages and willing to support me in any requests. She is totally pleased with the service and the place. I will definitely be coming back. 100% Recommended
