Family-friendly vacation rentals in Villa Crespo

Palermo is a wonderful place to explore. The apartment is near to public transport. Alejandro as host is very communicative. I liked that the apartment has a separate bedroom. The kitchen is fine for limited cooking. The swimmingpool is an added bonus. There is some noise from the nearby railway but it didn´tbother us too much. All in all an excellent choice for people who want to stay in Palermo.

It's exactly as shown in the photos. Good pool, good gym. Maybe to not take so long to do the initial tour, it would be good if they leave the printed recommendations or send them through the app. Overall, perfect

Great stay! The apartment is great, the wall to wall windows have an amazing view. Good workstation with strong WiFi. Rooftop pool is excellent too! They were nice enough to let me check in early. Overall - would definitely stay again!

The apartment is in the middle of Palermo Soho, one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. You have lots of coffee shops, restaurants and bars around the corner but no issues with the noise. The apartment comes with a private rooftop which is amazing for your first coffee in the morning or sundowners at night. We loved Soledad as a host and got lots of recommendations for the area. We had a late flight and could arrange a flexible check-out to not spend the whole day in the city with our luggage. 10/10 recommend!

I just completed my second stay of about 3 weeks each in Laura's place, so I obviously feel comfortable, there. This time, I had a chance to meet and get to know Laura, which a bonus. She is a very responsive, attentive, and kind host. The apartment is pleasant, clean, well-ordered, and had everything I needed. It's situated in front of a small park, above the trees, so the view is green, open, with a large expanse of sky overhead. The street is one block long, so there is no through traffic. No traffic noise, no buses. You do hear noise from the children's park during the day, but it's welcome noise. The location is one of the main reasons why I choose the apartment. It's at the edge of Recoleta with buses, metro, and ample taxis all one block away, and easy walking access to Palermo, Microcentro, as well as Recoleta. I look forward to my next visit.

Absolutely loved it! Area is extremely walkable, filled with shops, restaurants, bars, and tons of green spaces. The apartment is a great place, the living area spacious, and the outdoor space gorgeous! Definitely recommend it to anyone passing through Buenos Aires.

Tom’s place was a very clean place, their air conditioners worked very well. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very quiet,fresh and colorful. Luigi was very attentive to my needs . Checking every now and then to make sure I was all right or needed it something. Also very helpful and flexible with checking in and checking out .Mercado Santelmo is a must see for all your needs and Full of tourists from everywhere. It was also very close to the center of the city and all the attractions . I had an enjoyable stay there and will definitely go back.

Everything was perfect as I wrote still and Ines is very kind! The only problem is that due to the structure of the building there is no soundproofing and some neighbors - especially those above - are sometimes very noisy. Bring your ear plugs so you don't have any problems with the dream.

Excellent apartment, very pleasant and comfortable. Eduardo is very concerned, we suggested cultural panoramas throughout our stay. The location is very attractive because it is close to many restaurants and places to know. I recommend, it's just as it is in the photos.

I travel a lot. Carol and her place is at the top of my list. Beautifully furnished , fablulous location, close to public transport, safe neighborhood, nice neighbors, I cannot reommend htis place enough. Carol made my stay exceptional by making sure that I had everything I needed and made suggestions on things to do. She also arranged for my pick up and drop off to and from the airport. It was seamless, easy, and stress free. Will definitely stay here again.

The stay was perfect! The house is very large and cozy, it had everything we needed. Comfortable bedroom mattresses, linen and clean towels. The house is well ventilated and cleaned. We were delighted with the courtyard, very beautiful. I highly recommend the house of Roxana. Great for large groups. The location is good, close to an avenue. Market, bakery, pizzeria… everything close. The check in was flexible with Martin. Very dear to him. We love everything!

The stay was perfect. The beautiful and very clean Depto! It had all the comforts and more. Ideal location! And they accepted our pet Toto🐶! We'll definitely stay there again.

The apartment is in a historic building, very beautiful. Sunny and with an open balcony with great view. Spacious living room and bedrooms.

The place is beautiful, it has a very nice terrace to have some mates in the solcito. Nelson, who took care of us, was always attentive and helped us a lot. The location is also very good, everything you could possibly need a walk away.

A spectacular apartment in the best area of Palermo. It has everything you need. Very clean and new. The urbanization is also a small oasis in the city center with a nice garden and pool. When I have to go back to Buenos Aires, I will definitely stay there again. Thanks to Christian for being attentive to everything.

Very well located, illuminated and comfortable. We had a little problem with the Wifi but they resolved it quickly, very attentive!

Large apartment, extremely comfortable, with always available concierge and extremely friendly staff. The area is easily accessible to the main sights, there are some restaurants, cafes, markets and Wester Union very close to the apartment. I traveled with my parents and sought an accommodation option that was accessible to the tourist areas but that was also comfortable enough for us to enjoy time together in the moments of rest, which is necessary when we travel with older people, and definitely Nico's apartment fulfills all these requirements. I went with my wife in the bedroom with two single beds, which Nico gently grouped them together, making it imperceptible that she was not a king size. Amazing stay, recommend and would definitely come back. Gracias, Nico!

We enjoyed staying in this apartment - it was walking distance from Puerto Madero and many places - great location and 24hs security in the building. To recommend!
