Holidays at the Icelandic Horse Farm
We loved staying at Sara’s property! We were visiting Iceland for a vacation and it fit 8 people great! We loved seeing the horses and the dogs greeted us every morning! The location is pretty central from most tourist locations. The house was clean and beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

The farmhouse. 2 nights minimum
Charming old house in a perfect, stunning south coast location.

Cozy log home; in the heart of the south.
Absolutely fantastic location and host! The house was so comfy and private yet still close to the conveniences of the town of Selfoss. Loved seeing the horses outside the windows everyday. Great shower. Comfortable bed. The host was outstanding and accommodating! Don’t miss out!!

Old farmhouse by Eyjafjallajökull
Had a great stay! The place was very clean and exactly as described. Check-in was super easy, and the host made everything smooth and stress-free. Recommended!!

Beautiful house with panorama view
Great place to be when exploring the South Coast. The cabin is in a hill and thoughtfully decorated. It snowed while we were there and the space made us feel at home. We were able to cook our breakfast with a beautiful panoramic view. The bonus is petting their horses. Overall, an amazing experience! Highly recommended!

Sisi's Cozy Farmhouse
Host was very responsive, we reached our accoms pretty late but they were still very helpful with the check-in process. Although the keys were missing when we were there, they came in a few mins to help us with the door. As the door is autolocked from the inside, there was once we locked ourselves outside was catching the northern lights, the host actually sent someone to help us get back in in no time! Thank you so much for the great accommodation, it was a short bit definitely a good one! We all slept well 💕🤣

Golden Circle House Ölfusá Sauna&Hot Tub
Great spot in a very calm area of Selfoss.

Country Home in Nature
Wonderful house with terrific views much better than the photos. Absolutely stunning scenery. Everything in the house was perfect. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Really great place! Thank you!

Urriðafoss Waterfall Lodge 1
Great place to stay. It was private and had great view. Birna was responsive to every question we had and her responses were quick and kind.

A Luxury Cabin right on the Golden Circle
We had an amazing stay at this cozy cabin. Host was very responsive and easy to get into the cabin. It is remote but not too far away from town, which was lovely to get a very quiet and private experience, and quite comfortable. Nice to have space to cook some meals in combination with eating out. We were able to see the northern lights since only other small cabin lights around, and no major light pollution. Very convenient to get to many attractions on the south island. Highly recommend!

Blue View Cabin 3B With hot tub
We love the huge windows that let the light in and keep us in touch with the atmosphere and the spectacular views! The jacuzzi is very easy to use as well as all the amenities in the house. The hot water has a strong smell characteristic of the waters of Iceland in general, but nothing that is unpleasant. We also love that there were games! It was such a simple detail that made all the difference! Although there are other houses nearby, and the windows that show the entire interior of the house, how the houses are mismatched is all very private. No one can see anyone's house. We REALLY LIKE IT! I really recommend a lot

Scenic Retreat by Lake Þingvellir with Jacuzzi
I’ve recently stayed here for 3 nights with my 2 sisters and my elderly mother. The place was perfect for us to enjoy the golden circle over a few days, taking a little more time than the shorter bus tours (I hired a car). We stocked up at a supermarket in Reykjavik and ate in every night after a days sight seeing. The kitchen was great and well equipped for our needs. We also enjoyed the view and the hot tub. Adam was helpful providing a list of information and useful links including the exact location which was key as AirBnB seemed to be pointing us somewhere else. The only issues we had was initially struggling to open the door (think this was me) and also while the wi fi was no issue we struggled with the TV but as we didn’t really need it, it was no bother. I would happily recommend this property to anyone (and stay there again), just as long as you are clear that you need someone to drive and recommend stocking up on supplies to enjoy the place in the evening.

Very private 2 bedroom summer house with a hot tub
Excellently located for short drive to most key attractions within the golden circle. Very quiet and away from the main towns so perfect for seeing the northern lights. Spacious modern house with everything we need. Dóróthea and Baldur were perfect hosts and very responsive. We must come back here!

Mói- cosy cabin close to the secret lagoon
This was our favourite stay in Iceland! It was beautifully nestled in the snowy mountains. The facilities were great, and the hot tub out in the snow was incredible! Would highly recommend staying here!

Two Cozy houses with Jacuzzi - Geysir and Gullfoss
An amazing peaceful retreat, yet close enough for all the sightseeing we wanted to do.. dark skies provided an amazing opportunity to see the Northern lights!

Brún Cottage, Cozy small cabin near to Geysir.
A stunning little cabin with a great view! Was very comfortable for the two of us, and we really enjoyed our four nights there. Nice modern touches with just the right amount of space, and superb location along the golden circle. As noted in another review there are some amenities that aren’t listed but were greatly appreciated. An airfryer, a nespresso machine, bath robes (ideal for going out to the spa in the cold), and a stunning sauna with a large window with a view. I will say the kitchen had all the basics you need, especially for a short stay. With us having four nights we felt a few more things would have been nice, but we easily made it work. Owners were very responsive and checked in on us to make sure things went smoothly. 10/10 recommend.

Great place with lovely views

Lake House with Hot Tub: Private!
I booked Emma and Oskars place for clients of mine, they were very happy, communication was great, I can well recommend.

Austurey - Lakefront Villa
Loved it! The house is beautiful, and we loved the hot tub and bathrobes! It was a great home base for our vacation.

Ömmuhús (grandma's house) (HG-00019900)
Wonderful house in a perfect surrounding. Host ist accommodating and responds quick to questions. Perfect. We come again. :)

Hrifunes Belvedere
The views were spectacular!

Barn house by the sea
The barn house was beautifully built and decorated with spectacular views. The skylight windows were perfect for watching for the northern lights. The kitchen had all the basics and some extras like a nespresso machine and pods. We enjoyed cooking there and using the hot tub. The washer and dryer were super helpful. It was a great launching place for the Golden Circle. Stokkseyri is a cute little town with a great local pool. The turf house across the street was fun to explore as was the beach on the other side of the turf wall. It is very near Bakkahestar for highly recommended Icelandic horse rides with a local couple on the beach in Eyrarbakki. Nearby Selfoss has anything you need including an amazing fish market Fiskbud Suderlands for great prices on fresh caught local fish. Kristinn was very responsive and we loved our stay!

Great Golden Circle Cottage!
Unforgettable experience, surrounded by a beautiful view. After several trips, it's nice to feel at home relaxing in the hot tub talking to friends about the beautiful day spent together.
