Modern furnishings in a characteristic house. It was all neatly cleaned. Great communication. Nice beds. Likewise, it is a great house in winter. Beautiful walks are quite close to the house.

We used the accommodation for four with two children (12 and 9) as a central starting point for activities in the Ruhr area. Therefore, the location was especially important to us. With about 10 minutes. Walking distance to the nearest train station can be reached very well. The apartment is not large, but well suited for a family for a few days. Otherwise, we particularly liked the great view through the balcony and window and the freely usable small swimming pool. All in all it was a nice time!

My mother and I stayed at the villa in Sweikhuizen for a week. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and there was a welcome package ready for us. From here we explored the area and made trips to Aachen, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Belgium. A good base. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are good. There is heated from two A/C'but when you set it to a fixed temperature, the temperature throughout the house is pleasant.

I used Fridolin's apartment for one night. It is clean, very well furnished and has everything that is needed. Personally, for example, I'm happy to arrive somewhere and have the opportunity to make a coffee. Check in and communication were perfect. It is on a quiet street and only about three minutes to the bus stop if needed. Fridolin always responded very promptly, kindly and openly. An absolute recommendation for a stay in Krefeld.

The place was very cosy! The apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything. The host was incredibly responsive. Good tram connection to the city center! 10/10

We felt very comfortable as a couple with a dog in the small forest hut. Really perfect for the current season in good weather, as there are no mosquitoes. We were very grateful for the flexible check-in. The accommodation is ideally located on various hiking trails. For a break to get out of town, it's really perfect.

We had a nice week at Marie-Luise's cottage. The "painting heating" made it wonderfully warm. - From this cottage you can be in Cologne in half an hour by train. - Furthermore, you can also quickly be in nature from the cottage for a nice walk. - We'll probably come back here sometime. The four of us had two pleasant nights in the little cottage. Easy and contactless check in and check out. Good sleeping arrangements (1 bed, 1 sofa bed) with small but sufficiently equipped kitchen. For 4 people, a 4th chair would have been convenient to serve at the dining table. Good access to public transport. All in all we had a great stay.

Great recommendation! We spent a few very nice days in Effeld. The cottage, Effeld, the surroundings, the village shop, lovable and beautiful. Judith and Volker were very helpful and relaxed. We will be happy to come back :)
