With our group, we had a wonderful weekend in VIssoule in Maarten's house. There was room for 14 people, nice modern amenities in the kitchen and bathroom and a very cozy long dining table. Really a gem for large groups!

I would definitely recommend this listing and its host Philippe. The setting is peaceful and only 25 minutes from Liège. Phillipe is very responsive and friendly, his instructions are accurate and helpful. The only missing reservation would be the bed linen. Other than that, it's a flawless one! Thank you Philippe

We were with a group of 8 people in the villa and loved it. The place is actually even nicer than in the photos and offers a lot of space on a total of four floors. The rooms are all lovingly furnished, kitchen utensils are more than sufficient. With the pool table, a dart board, a foosball table and a table tennis table, you can have a great time in the house. Other pluses are the infrared sauna (heats up to 65 degrees) and the hot tub outside. For families or groups of friends, the house is just perfect!

The villa was even more beautiful than in the pictures. A very cozy place to stay with friends. Communication in advance and in case of questions was great with Bernard. And Jean provided a pleasant welcome. Beautiful area for hiking. Highly recommended! We would love to come back.

Perfect for our group!

We had the best time in this beautiful house with a group of friends. The house looks like in the pictures. You can reach Spa easily by foot and the surrounding is stunning. The communication with Alexandre was very easy and he arranged a perfect weekend program for us. I would definitely recommend this house for further group trips!

We had a lovely stay with 2 families. 5 children between 4-9 years. We hit it with the weather and there is extensive football in the lovely garden. Beautifully located, near the forest. The house has all the comforts; from games to ultra organized garage. Very clear, but many, instructions before , during and upon departure. In particular, all the cleaning instructions at the end were a bit overwhelming, if you're also packing up, and paying an 85€ cleaning fee. In our opinion, that was not quite proportionate. Overall still a good value for money for a top weekend away with 2 families! A found item was reported and sent neatly, for which thank you!

Peaceful and spacious place. Walks nearby. Plan shopping before arrival there are no shops nearby ( min 10km).

Great place to stay and escape the city! Very clear communication except that we were charged for some minimal dirt, which I think was a bit disproportionate. Nonetheless, would still visit again (and then just pay some more attention to cleaning up the place) as this is a true pearl in Durbuy.

It is a very big house in a very nice location. The living room is bigger than it looks in the photos. Very nice, I recommend it!

We had a wonderful family stay at the Capucines farm. The place really lends itself to family reunions. The quality of welcome and the little touches of Cynthia and Marc are really up to date! A Christmas tree was set up in the living room and made the place even more family-friendly. Cynthia put energy into finding us a yoga teacher to replace the person who didn't have the opportunity to come. The place has a lot of character and the surrounding nature is refreshing!

The house is really spacious, we enjoyed with a group of 20 persons. check in/out was really easy and timings were flexible which helped since we were delayed. location was perfect for us just 5 minutes drive from Radhadesh. Definitely recommended for a large group.

I'm a bit hesitant to write a review, cause i'd love to keep this place to myself! We had an incredible weekend with a group of dads and sons, the house is just perfect for this. Location, you're on the Eifelsteig route, the Laufenbach river is literally in the yard. And inside it has all the comfort you need. Most bedrooms on a different floor than living room and kitchen, which is great when some stay up late and others sleep early. Fantastic fireplace and sauna. We had an incredible time. So I gave it all away ;-)

We were on site with 11 adults and 4 toddlers and had a great week of vacation. The layout of the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was great for us and we never bothered each other. The house was very nice and very well stocked. The sauna was great too! Unfortunately, the basement bar with the pool table was very musty, so we did not use it. Overall, it was great!

We had a great Easter family holiday together. The layout of the house worked very well for us. The clever use of putting bathrooms between bedrooms meant that nobody was disturbed even though we had a 2.5 month old and a 15 month old. The garden was lovely for the small dog and the 4 year old. The BBQ worked well. Lots of printed instructions about how to use certain items. The safety aspects; instructions, alarms, extinguishers were very professional. Plenty of seating and a wonderful dining table. I'm sure Steven will have corrected the address by now but it is 14A not 14. My daughter was confused for a while when she stopped at 14 as it did not look like any of the photos! We had pizzas from WoodPizza in Coo one evening. Then lunch at Le Vert de Pommier in La Gleize another day. I really recommend this amazing peaceful house.

Great nice big house with many facilities, wonderfully rural location. Very suitable for trips in the North Ardennes, Eifel (Monschau), Aachen and Maastricht. Sabine is super attentive and flexible. Sincerely recommended!

I was very happy with our stay in Malmedy at Patrick's accomodation. Everything we needed was there, and for any questions Patrick was available. Patrick was even very accomodating with regards to a mistake made from our side. Would definitely recommend!

Review: Lovely home in Heron We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home in Heron. From the moment we walked in, it felt like coming home. The house is spacious and offers every comfort. Lovely fireplace and great pool table. With four large bedrooms, there was more than enough space for everyone to retreat and to relax. The beds were fine and each room had plenty of closet space. The two well equipped bathrooms were a huge plus and everything was neatly clean. The living area is big and light, perfect for cozy evenings together. The kitchen is also spacious and fully furnished, only the hob was worthless and was difficult to cook well on. Wonderful garden with plenty of garden and also 8 garden chairs. Swimming pool present but unfortunately it was not good enough for swimming. In short: an ideal stay for families or groups looking for comfort, peace and space. We'd love to come back!

Wonderful surroundings and fantastic living room with piano. And lovely pool.

We booked Fabien's house last minute after there were problems with the heating in the house we stayed in first. Fabien responded directly to our booking request and was fortunately flexible with the arrival time. We were warmly welcomed , given a tour and some hiking tips on top . The walk to la Roche au faucons is indeed beautiful . The house is in a quiet location but within walking distance there are plenty of nice places to eat and drink. The house and the garden are ideal for people who want to bring their dog.
