Very welcoming and warm host, beautiful and impeccable home. We appreciated the attention to detail and the attention to detail upon arrival. We had a lovely time. A big thank you! Small downside that is not his fact, it is that we were not able to enjoy the pool and especially the hot tub, because of the weather that did not allow the water to warm up. But otherwise it was really nice!

We had a lovely 15 days at Ronald's. The house is ideally located, perfect for small children, it feels like in a family holiday home, bicycles and games with free access, large garden, large bedrooms. And Ronald very considerate and responsive!

We had a wonderful holiday in this dream house. It all starts with the communication with the owner, who was impeccable. She always responded quickly and attended to all our concerns. The house itself is beautiful,modern and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and have almost all their own showers. There is also a play area, with ping pong, foosball and billiards. The kitchen is large and offers everything you will need. The highlight is of course the pool, which is kept very well maintained. The neighborhood is also great: a quiet neighborhood with friendly people and only a few minutes walk from the beach. We had a wonderful time and would come back anytime.

My family stayed for a week (8 adults). I'll start by saying there wasn't one thing we didn't love, and that everyone wanted to stay longer. The two houses could easily have accommodated more people, but the reason we chose here was the location near both the beach and lake, the size of the swimming pool, the sauna, hot tub and the space overall around the property. We had 2 hire cars between us, which although required for the journey from the airport, we only used to go to the big supermarket and the wonderful shops in Hossegor at the other end of the lake. The beach was perfect for surfing, sun worshipping and eating and drinking in the beach cafe. The lake was perfect for more sedentary water sports, but was tidal so worth checking the tide schedule before you go. Some of us took off on mountain bikes to cycle through the very accessible forest paths, but the forest was originally a desert and surprisingly a lot of the paths were covered in sand. Fun but hard work.

Valerie is a very hospitable host. Thanks to her we were able to have a wonderful weekend with our whole family . The house is very beautiful, well-equipped and very spacious . Valerie was very accommodating and attentive to our needs . We already want to book a new weekend . I'd recommend it without a second thought

Amazing house for surfers. Big garden with lots of space for drying wetsuits and storing boards. Kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed the stay!

Excellent stay in Eloise's house, being a group of 3 families with 9 children. The interior is well laid out and convenient. An additional bathroom and toilet would have been appreciated but it didn't cause too much traffic:-). The outside is very nice with the pool and covered terrace with BBQ. Without being close to the ocean, you can reach it by bike in 10 minutes with the bike path just in front. Right next to tennis/paddel, beachvolley court. Communication with Eloise was easy and efficient. We recommend it without hesitation!

We had a great time at Laurence and Louis's home. This one was extremely clean, so well laid out and organized. Their very warm welcome and Laurence is so available and responsive. The house is even better than pictured A real little paradise with such kind and responsive owners

we were with family , grandparents, parents and grandchildren. The house is ideal for this kind of configuration and greatly contributed to the success of our reunion!!

There were 8 of us and we spent a fabulous week both outside and inside the villa. Bad weather is no longer such a big handicap in this listing The bedding was great Ability to park 2 cars easily 2 sets of keys for more autonomy Lots of cooking amenities In short, if you are between 8 and 10 you will be perfectly comfortable and will make the most of your time on site.

We booked this house for a family reunion and it was just perfect. Very spacious bedrooms and spacious house. The seaviews from the bedrooms were just stunning. We celebrated my aunt's wedding anniversary and Aline and her team were helpful in helping us organise the chef, service, even the table deco. The kids loved the playroom with so.many toys, books, cushions etc. We would love to come back. Thank you again for the unique memories!!

Nice discovery!!! The house matches in every way with the description. A haven of peace and quiet for a family weekend. This villa is very well suited to accommodate young and old with living and night spaces where everyone feels comfortable. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to come back soon.

Group of 20 people, we had a great three-day stay at Thomas's! The pictures don't do the house justice-it's even more beautiful and spacious in real life. The indoor and outdoor spaces are very pleasant, and the welcome by Laëtitia was flexible according to our constraints and very pleasant. Located in the heart of the forest, the villa offers a peaceful setting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The heated pool was a real plus, allowing us to relax and cool off at any time of day. Bedding was amazingly comfortable, ensuring restorative nights of sleep. Marie-Pierre, our host, was remarkable. Always available and full of good advice, she was able to make our stay even more enjoyable. His recommendations on local activities and restaurants have been valuable. My stay with Franck in Azur, France, was just great! The house was beautiful and just like in the description – quiet, clean and very cozy. The location is perfect to enjoy the natural beauty of the region, and there are many beautiful places to discover nearby. The communication was always quick and easy. I would recommend this house at any time.

Great stay, the house just as described and seen in the photos. Everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything. Sylvie and her husband were very friendly both for check-in time and with a problem we had, they cared very much about fixing it and they did it very quickly. Everything is great, definitely if we come back through there we will repeat.

Very nice house, well decorated and tidy. Everything was provided (bed linen, towels, plaid, soaps). Spacious for a group of 13 friends. Check-in and checkout with schedules not flexible but explained in advance. Small downsides: many ants and unheated pool (we were not able to enjoy it and we were not notified in advance)

A beautiful, characterful property in a very convenient location for the centre of Hossegor, beach and lake. We didn’t use the car at all after we arrived, we walked and cycled everywhere! The villa is very tastefully decorated and well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches. Alize the concierge was so friendly and helpful and was always really quick to answer any questions. We had a great stay and would love to return!

We had a great time at the house even though the weather was rather moderate. Even on a rainy day, it can be endured very comfortably in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and the privacy absolutely respected. All in all an absolute recommendation!
