Centrally located, this amazing 1-bedroom flat is situated in a condo offering a swimming pool and a gym open to residents. It is located in Sheung Wan district, home to restaurants and bars. Just steps away, you will find the relaxing Hollywood Road Park and the Antiques Street. Perfect to get lost and wander around the neighborhood. This is a beautiful and safe building with good concierge and pool, gym access. The public transport is easy to access and gets you everywhere quickly. The apartment is neat and has a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend Alex’s place.

Although the location is not in Yau Tsim Mong, the advantage of Huangpu is that there are many new buildings, and it is quite clean.The neighborhood itself is very close to the subway, so it's still convenient. The host was also very responsive and very nice. He waited for you downstairs to give you the keys when you checked in. After entering the door, the common space including the room is clean and tidy, and the decoration is simple.There are a lot of paintings in the common area, very Chinese beauty, I also like it very much hahahaha.The only thing that I didn't really like was that the room was a little small (maybe it's like this in Hong Kong, where space is at a premium). The bed was a little small, the width was enough, but I'm 175 and it was a little cramped for me.I might be more comfortable if I go down, it's a little crowded if I go up. But for this price, it's generally good. Clean location, convenient transportation, friendly host, tidy house, it's a pleasant two nights I spent in Hong Kong.

Walking distance to MTR and the location is very near popular areas like Mongkok and Tsim Sha Tsui. Gary’s home is maintained very well with clean amenities. I settled in pretty quickly. Gary is also very friendly and provides tips for visitors. Thanks for an amazing stay and will come back again for future trips.

April is a great host, and her place is clean as described and lovely for one or more nights of stay. i truly enjoyed my 10 days stay at her house. she offers clear and precise instructions to get to her house from the subway (mtr) station, which is about 10mins walk, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants at the station so you could grab a snack on the go. i would recommend her place if you are visiting this section of kowloon area.

Many thanks to Sam and Kathy for their outstanding hospitality！We arrived vey late due to the flight delay. Sam kept close contact with us offering transportation tips and picked us up when we got off the bus although it was almost 11 pm then. At about 5 am the next morning，they offered us a free ride to Clear Water Bay and we enjoyed the beautiful sunrise together. Really breathtaking and unforgettable！ Although it was a very brief stay，we were able to enjoy the beauty of HK with the generous help of our host. Wish we could come again！And best wishes to Sam，Kathy and their lovely girl :-)

Island Paradise - Only 30 mins Ferry from Central

Beautiful place on one of the lesser visited islands in Hong Kong. The house is up on a hill so has a wonderful view over the sea in three directions. Beautiful terrace on the roof with an exercise room. Kitchen and bathroom are perfect and there’s a nice living room and two bedrooms as described. I had no issues with Mosquitoes even though i didn’t use the air conditioner. The island is quiet which is what i wanted - there’s frequent boats to discovery bay and central so you’re well connected. I got to the airport in less than an hour. If you have heavy luggage that you need to have with you on the island (i left mine at the airport) then best to ask Julian how to deal with it - he is very responsive. It is a bit of a hike up the hill - not more than 15m from the ferry but some parts are steep and I was glad to have only my backpack and no trolley - it’s nice because it’s a bit of exercise built into the day so one can burn off all the delicious food in HK.
