Studio in a great location and free carport!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, it is very close to the river, the night bars area and the Bv Oroño. Laura from the first moment was very kind and polite The carport is very good plus for the area in which the apartment is located but there is caution when entering or exiting the electric gate does not work very well.

I was in touch with the co-owner (Zoraida). Everything was excellent from the predisposition to the way she welcomed us. Without having the obligation, he waited for us with fruits and cold water in the refrigerator, the apartment is very well distributed and very comfortable. One detail and just for my own taste, it would be missing a TV, but we were always comfortable in every sense. In the corner there is a SUPER COMPLETE warehouse. Very good energy in the environment, I recommend!

Everything Great. Jose responds quickly and is always worried about the details of your stay. In addition, she was very cordial and friendly. The apartment is comfortable and has a very good location. 100% recommended.

Large Centrally located with a garage

Marcela's appartment is an incredible place to stay in Rosario. The building is very secure, with many security protocols and alarm systems. Those systems are quite annoying at first, as one shall keep using the tag all the time, but they're installed to protect the build, so you feel great about them. The appartment seems to be considerably new, with all the appliances very clean and in great conditions. The garage is very secure and inside the building. There're even alarms in the garage to prevent intrusions, and there's a code-like procedure to even open the garage gate, which enhances security. Overall, we highly recommend staying in Marcela's place.

Excellent apartment. Well located, quiet sector. Very friendly and helpful host at all times. The shower pressure was amazing and the air conditioner worked perfect.

Excellent location 2 blocks from the Paraná River. It is a very spacious and well equipped chalet and decorated with a pool. It also has a closed quincho. The neighborhood , La Florida, nice and very safe. 1 block away is a very traditional Rosario fish restaurant.

Very good option in Victoria. Very quiet place, the cabin is fully equipped and Marcelo is excellent host. The photos posted are the real ones. A place to come back.
