Ocean Hideaway

BruceRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We just returned from 10 days at Ocean Hideaway in Pleasant Bay. This place is just magical. It sits on a cliff overlooking a vast bay of water where we often saw whales, seals, and dolphins. The sunsets were spectacular every evening! The house is just off the main road but completely secluded, quiet and inviting. Daniel provides all sorts of personal touches from a coffee bar complete with an assortment of syrups, caramels, mini marshmallows ,and chocolates; to extra thoughtful amenities like tooth brushes and tooth paste. The kitchen is a fun space to prepare anything from morning coffees to full blown dinners. We wish we never had to leave!

Beach Front Lake House 3 Bedrooms “Capers Landing”

Jeff And SuzanneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Capers Landing was a wonderful gem we discovered during our visit to Nova Scotia. Nikki has put a great deal of thought and planning into making the home comfortable and delightfully decorated. Her attention to detail really shows. A high priority for us is how kitchens are equipped. This kitchen was both well equipped, modern and had stunning views of the waterfront. The Internet was very fast. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms had a luxury appointments. Our only wish is we had planned a longer stay. It is clear why this home gets so booked up. We will be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay. Jeff and Suzanne

Tiny House on the Ocean

BretonRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Amazing spot!! You feel so at home and yet you know this is a very special treat. The tiny house is so simple and beautiful. You are on a lovely field overlooking the ocean. You can see the stars and moon from the bed I chose. And listen to the ocean. My son and niece loved the bunk beds. And the lovely stone shower is one of many added touches that makes this private, peaceful getaway feel like a luxury.
A guest stands on a wooden deck, facing the scenic mountain view. The vibrant fall foliage covers the hills in a palette of warm colors. A chair is positioned nearby, complementing the tranquil outdoor space.

Cabot Trail Wilderness Cabin | The Canopy

CurtisRating, 5 stars1 week ago
It’s a beautiful spot. It’s quiet and private. We enjoyed the string lights that added a nice touch. The cabin was very cute and very comfortable and everything was super clean. There was a beautiful short walk down to the waterfront which was stunning at sunset and you could see up the coast and see the highlands which were also beautiful. All around it’s a beautiful spot that I’d definitely recommend.

The Highland Snug Cottage in Cheticamp

TomRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What a fantastic find, a little slice of heaven in Cape Breton! The cabin is modern with a large comfortable bed, sofa, TV and kitchen with a dining table and a modern bathroom. The location is great about 5mins from the Cabot Trail with loads of great hikes / places to explore. Claudia and Randy were lovely hosts and introduced us to their chickens and provided a couple of eggs for breakfast. I would 100% reccomend a stay here and will be back next time I'm visiting Cape Breton! Thanks again!

Meat Cove Campground (Cabin #1)

AaronRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Loved my stay at Meat Cove campground, and super happy about getting a cabin with some windy weather overnight. Great spot to hike around a little bit, super friendly staff, and so nice just be out comfortably in a gorgeous middle of nowhere location. I may never make it back, but all the more glad I came out here, 100% worth the trip. If you’re thinking about it, just do it.
