Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Victor Harbor

It was lovely to stay in a historic Goolwa Cottage. The inside is fully renovated with modern facilities but still manages to retain its charm. The cottage has everything you would need for a stay in this beautiful area and was very clean, neat and tidy. The cottage is close/within walking distance to the Goolwa Wharf area. As someone with slight mobility issues I found the front step a bit difficult and high and there is some single steps inside to some of the rooms. They are smaller and easier to manage. Not marking Jacqui down for that. It’s a historic cottage and is listed in the description. Just thought others may find it useful. My adult God-daughter and I enjoyed our stay there.

We loved the peace and quiet, beautiful views and the fact that we had no wifi. It was good not to be connected for a week. We loved watching the sunrise and hearing the kookaburras sing early in the morning and observing the bird life. It was the perfect place to unwind and rest. It is also very easy to communicate with Peta the host. Thank you Peta for letting us stay in wonderful house.

We needed a relaxing weekend away, and we weren’t disappointed. We loved listening to the sound of the ocean at night time. The house was clean and comfortable, and great to be able to take the dog and know he was safe in the secure and pet friendly yard. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home in such a beautiful location.

Out of the many AirBnB homes we have stayed in Colin’s house stands out as a haven of tranquility in a truly beautiful setting. The house is very spacious and has everything a family would need to stay occupied when hanging out for a day (pool table, board games, boule set and grounds to explore), and multiple stunning beaches, wineries and restaurants within 20-30 minutes drive. I cannot recommend this AirBnB enough.

Had a great extended stay at Adelaide Hills House. The home exceeded our expectations, and Max is a fabulous host! The home is beautiful, the location is great, and the house is well-outfitted with almost anything you need. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to return.

This is a weird review - I was travelling to Adelaide to work for two months, but had an accident before I left and was unable to travel. Vince was so helpful and flexible in allowing me to have my replacement colleague stay in my place. I was gutted, as I was really looking forward to my stay. However - my colleague says "The house was great - really homely, in a great spot with plenty of good shops walking distance away. And the hosts were very accommodating with great communication". As for me - will still be top of my list if I ever get back to Adelaide for another job! Thanks for all your help.

The house was easy to check in to, quite clean and great amenities. Beautiful location next to a vineyard and Jessie gave helpful recommendations. Would love to stay again!

This was our second stay at Belles Cottage which was for 2 weeks. Very quiet and peaceful location yet close to cafes, restaurant, supermarkets and the city. A very well thought out and roomy accommodation which was always pleasant to come home to after we had been out and about.

Perfection! Excellent, tranquil and relaxing location with picturesque views and a quick stroll to a beautiful beach for daily walks. The indoor space is designer-stunning, spotlessly clean with so many carefully thought out conveniences and added touches making you feel at home immediately. Ann Marie is the consummate host, very proactive with excellent communication. I actually can't really say enough without rambling on ...but suffice to say it was a superb place to be based for our long stay of 60 days and had EVERYTHING we needed and I would 1000% recommend.

The property was exactly as listed. Beautifully presented, right in the heart of Hahndorf. Onsite parking is amazing as parking is a premium in Hahndorf during weekends and public holidays. Great location, strolling distance to amazing restaurants and bars. Accomodation is very spacious and clean, felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the front door. Nelia was a great host, very prompt communication and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend staying here

Julie's place is the most fantastic place away from home. Such a great location - walking distance to everything. Julie is such a hospitable host providing loads of extra provisions making our stay so enjoyable.

We had a fabulous stay at Judy’s fully appointed apartment. Everything you could think of or want was provided. It was a great 2 bedroom ground floor apartment 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the bustling restaurants and shops of Jetty road. Will definitely be back.

Great place and a fantastic host. We stayed for seven nights while attending a competition nearby. Great location and well stocked kitchen with basic goods made it an easy place to settle into. The host was very responsive and accomodating for our earlier checkin on New Year’s Day. Thanks for having us

This is our 2nd time staying and again met all our needs & expectations. Very close to a great beach and eateries. Quiet, well maintained spaces with a lovely green outside area which our dog loved. An undercover area for our car which was a bonus in the hot weather! Greg & Colleen were very responsive to any queries we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will see you again next year!

Thank you Wendy for having us stay in your amazing apartment. Everything from the decor to the location to all of the extra thoughtful little touches was absolutely amazing. We never had to go looking for information or directions because everything was right there, pre-empted to our needs. We loved the proximity to the beach, CBD, and Jetty Road. I think the teenager may have worn a track in the footpath walking back and forth. The quirky decor touches and activities were so interesting we were conflicted between wanting to get out and explore the area and wanting to stay in and explore the apartment.

Lucy’s place was lovely. It had all the amenities we needed for a great stay and was very comfortable. The location was unbeatable ….right on the beach with a wonderful outdoor sitting area and very close proximity to restaurants, cafes and shop. We would definitely stay there again.

Holly is an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to take care of us during our 5night stay in the stunning Clay Rare Earth Retreat! It truly was a home away from home but with a touch of Italy, the villa is such a welcoming relaxing space, full of beautiful detail but most of all the prefect location to easily explore the wine region & coastline! We highly recommend... Enjoy! ...and the out door bath under the stars is next level!

My husband and I come to Adelaide each Christmas break to spend time with family and we have stayed in a variety of accommodation- everything from inner city hotels to cottages, but this property has to be the all time favourite. The views were incredible and the hosts had clearly put a lot of thought into the amenities provided to make their guests stay comfortable and enjoyable- from toiletries to kitchen items, it was all sorted, along with a lovely welcome hamper. Highly recommended this property for a getaway any time during the year!

Perfect private location, walking distance to beach and shops. Beautiful house with more than enough space and absolutely everything in it you could ever think of. Perfect out door bbq area as well. Best place I have ever stayed at.

OMG!! Do not bring a thing...literally. Gracious host Damir had everything prepared for us and plenty of beautiful breakfast provisions. And to top it off, we are just 2 minutes walk from the main street. What a great stay!
