Vacation rentals with a sauna in Viaduct Harbour, Auckland Central

We had a great stay at Steffi's flat. We typically like to stay right in the downtown area of a city, but this was better in some ways because it was close to a bunch of cute neighborhoods and still a short Uber o bus ride to the CBD. The flat is nice and modern and sits on a little park where our kids could throw the football and get some sun. Steffi was great to deal with. Very responsive and helpful with our luggage situation on our flight home, as well as with some local restaurant recommendations. Overall a very good stay. On a related note, we would highly recommend renting ebikes from Bionic bikes and doing a big loop around the city. One of our favorite adventures of our entire trip.

Chantel met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property and the on site amenities. The apartment is so well appointed with everything you could need. Shampoo, soap, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry products and plenty of towels and fresh sheets. The bed was very comfortable as was the dining table for eating and the couches for relaxing. There is a portable air condition which was amazing as it was unusually hot when we were visiting. There is everything you need to make simple meals and she even provided tea, coffee, milk and sugar along with basic spices. The in apartment washer and dryer helped us clean our clothes after traveling for a while so this was really a plus. I can’t say enough about the location. There is a full marker and a convenience store just on the same street. Many restaurants are walkable in the viaduct area and the views on the backside of the building of the city skyline is amazing. The apartment was quiet and good for sleeping at night.

The apartment is in a wonderful location. The building has a beautiful entrance that is reminiscent of classical architecture. On the upstarts floor there is a great café with meals and snacks. The apartment is beautiful and impeccable. The host paid meticulous attention to detail, from the choice of toiletries to the quality of the coffee... I was delighted with all the attention to detail. Highly recommended :) The hosts welcome you personally and are very kind.

Cute, clean apartment in the middle of CBD Auckland. Walking distance to anything you'd need, including bus station, ferry portal, restaurants, etc. Apartment was squeaky clean, bed was extremely comfortable, and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed over our 3 night stay. Highly recommend for an affordable stay in the middle of it all!

This was an excellent AirBnB. The unit was very well equipped and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great with plenty of hot water and water pressure. The onsite sauna, gym and dedicated, covered parking space were big pluses too. Although we did not meet Natalie and Brendan they communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed, including local recommendations. The location was excellent-the CBD was an easy walk. But the highlight of this condo was the view of the sky tower which was perfectly framed by the living room patio door and balcony. We were there over New Years and the firework views from the balcony were magnificent!

Had a great stay in this accomodation for 10 days. Location is amazing and is walking distance to many destinations within the CBD. The perfect hub for exploring. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive. Due to no a/c or opening windows it can get a bit hot especially in summer. Other than this we throughly enjoyed our stay.

I selected this apartment because of it’s location and because it has a gym. If you’re an athlete, the best part of the gym is the weight machine and the fact that it’s hardly used by anyone before 8:30am.

Our Auckland stay here was fantastic. Beautiful views. Great location. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. We would stay here again! Linley was warm and welcoming. When my daughter left her favorite dress behind, she kindly arranged to get it back to us.

Loved our stay, location was perfect and walking distance to CBD. Hosts were very accommodating allowing us to check in early with very responsive communication. A lock box for key would’ve been preferred but no biggie. Home was as described with all the amenities needed. Thanks for having us!

The view, the view, the view. We could have spent our whole time sitting on the patio looking at the view. Very centrally located and easily walkable to many restaurants, stores, and attractions. Beds are on the firmer side. Nice to have a bathtub and the extra space (more than what you would get in a hotel). Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in 10 Airbnb locations in 14 days and this was the best experience we had- right location in the best area ; very well kept and clean home; clear instructions for checkin and even allowed a late checkout. We had a wonderful experience in Auckland- thanks to our place of stay!

Absolute beautiful house. Perfect for the kids with the pool and spa pool. Beautiful out side BBQ are, just loved everything about this stunning house… will definitely recommend… thank you marika and your family for allowing us to share your beautiful house

amazing house, stunning views. Spa pool was fantastic and used every night. tons of space. kids had a fantastic time in the cinema. the pool is gorgeous but it was very cold water even in early January and was super windy so we couldn't fully enjoy the pool area. it was still a wonderful stay in a gorgeous place. would definitely stay again

Stunning location, Eisa’s photos do not do her lovely home justice! Her home is even more beautiful in person. Very open and relaxed atmosphere. Eisa is a great host and very proactive with great recommendations and very responsive. Clean and very straightforward check in/ out.

This place is stunningly beautiful and we did not want to leave, it's one of 'those' places where you always try to stay an extra night because of how it makes you feel. It goes above and beyond the pics and description, some pics don't do it justice to be honest, and when we first arrived we could not believe our luck. So we ended up asking to stay an extra night and Steve was very accommodating and helpful and made it happen even though we gave him short notice. The view from the big stylish deck is breathtaking, the native birds and the faint sound of ocean below....there is something extremely special about this place that can't be put into words. That's not even taking into account the shared sauna, shared cabana, the huge projector for TV, the piano (so grateful to be able to play on a real piano again), foozeball, fairy lights, stylish decking. Didn't want to leave and its been incredibly inspiring to us, to see what someone can do with their land! You have to stay here!

This is my family 2nd visit in this lovely house & the location is perfect for close by families. The 1st visit was last year 2023 & due to my medical condition, I was not able to come on that trip, but my family mention that it was a house that we can call home. It was my 1st visit and now I see why they say this is home. Thanks to the host for making it possible for my family to check in early. Hope all is well with the host & in the future if possible & be able to return would be great.

Lovely well appointed accommodation with all the comforts of home. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals. Walking distance to New World and a lovely Japanese ramen restaurant right next door. Great communication.

Was a great spot, handy to some parks and a supermarket. Short walk about 15 mins with kids to Silo Park and the waterfront restaurants. Plenty of room in the house with 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Is multi story so lots of stairs, but comes with undercover carpark. Hayley was great and sent through a long list of instructions for our stay including where the pool and gym were. We found the house easy to find, but we know the area quite well. Is in a very quiet location which was perfect if you are not used to the city noise. Would recommend the house to anyone that doesn’t have mobility issues.
