The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely week-long stay. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is at a good location, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

A Truly beautiful home. Stunning views, beautiful design and lovely finishing touches everywhere. It was a joy to stay here. Talloires is a really pretty town with everything we needed from relaxed cafe bars to fine dining. We loved all the activities the region offers. Anne Sophie was a fabulous host and really helpful! We were kindly welcomed during our stay. With our dog we enjoyed the house. For with 2 adults it is really a big house. We had very warm weather and could therefore use the swimming pool. The pool was under a tree so unfortunately leaves and other things came in quickly. We were already told they will most likely move them next year. Fortunately, you could cover and clean the pool with a net. There is plenty to do in the area within walking, cycling or driving distance. But if you want to do “nothing” for a day, it's also wonderful. Definitely recommended!!

We spent a wonderful week at the Courtin’s place in Seynod. The house is immaculate, very well equipped and has a fantastic garden - perfect for enjoying late evening barbecues. The kids loved the heated pool complete with inflatable flamingo! A great place to explore Annecy from in a very peaceful neighbourhood. It’s worth taking advantage of the free bus into town/ getting there early in peak summer as traffic and parking around the lake can be challenging.

Listing as described and very clean. Welcoming, responsive host,and who gave us good advice on things to do in the area that offers opportunities either to the lake or to the mountains. House with garden in a quiet area. Very pleasant stay of 3 nights. I would recommend it in a second.

We had a lovely stay at Denise's. The host is accommodating and responsive. The accommodation is well located for visiting Lac du Bourget (10-40 min drive maximum)

The cottage is very warm and comfortable. Communication with Isabelle was perfect.

We had a great we. The setting is idyllic and the place really good. Everything is convenient, there is nothing lacking. A big thank you to Dominique for this charming attention upon arrival.

What a beautiful, peaceful and very well located accommodation. Laura was very helpful to make me check in earlier than usual. I highly recommend her flat to whoever is after a very quiet stay in Annecy in the old town of the city.

It's been the 2nd year that we have come to this spacious, welcoming and well "to our liking" house, with its library, musical instruments, foosball and large garden (which helped us withstand the prolonged heatwave). Yann is a generous and thoughtful host. We enjoyed the quality of the contact and the few moments of pleasant and interesting conversations. House and garden are very well equipped, nothing is missing - except maybe 2, 3 m² in the bathroom, when there are a few of us, but it did not present any inconvenience. The region offers a wide variety of walks, excursions, hikes, visits - not to mention swimming in this beautiful Lac du Bourget. Forgetting the rather painful hours due to the weather, we stayed there, with our children and with our little girl a great stay. Chantal and Volker

We rented for a construction site in CHILLY for our workers and they told us everything was perfect We will return it for 2 more weeks until the end of the construction site

This was our second time at Barry and Selvina’s beautiful property and it was even better the second time (see our August 2022 review). The location is so perfect easy walking distance to amenities and the lake and the chalet has gone though some upgrades since our last visit so it is even better - bikes for our family of 5, brand new en-suite bathroom new gaming room and a hot tub! We had a wonderful week here our third trip to Lake Annecy and our best so far, there is just so much to do and lots of lovely places to explore around the lake. Couldn’t recommend it more highly for an active yet very peaceful and relaxing holiday. And a big shout out to the perfect hosts, we felt very well looked after!

Very good stay. The accommodation is tastefully decorated. Many amenities are available. The cleanliness was impeccable.

Our overall stay at this villa was very good, with several notable pros and a few cons. Pros: 1. Photographs Match Reality:The photos of the villa are accurate. 2. Spacious and Well-Lit:The villa offers plenty of space and natural light. 3. Well-Furnished and Beautifully Designed:Stylish interior with comfortable furnishings. 4. Stunning Views:Beautiful views over Geneva and the surrounding mountains. 5. Well-Equipped Kitchen:Easy to prepare meals with the well-stocked kitchen. 6. Excellent Wi-Fi:Reliable Wi-Fi throughout the villa. 7. Helpful Host:Clear instructions on villa operations and restaurant recommendations. Cons: 1. No Air Conditioning:The lack of AC was an issue during warm days. 2. Presence of Personal Items:Clothes, toiletries, and open foods were present; we would prefer more privacy. 3. Lack of Outdoor Dining Furniture:No outdoor dining furniture as described. 4. Unexpected Visitors:People living downstairs, which was not mentioned, causing some unease.

I highly recommend this cottage. Beautiful house where you can feel at home. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay. As for our host Nathalie, very friendly. She ensures our well-being throughout our stay and is at our disposal if needed. Really great. We'll go back for sure.
