Leiligheten ligger på kaikanten midt på torget, men samtidig rettet mot havna og bort fra veien, slik at du får en følelse av å være helt for deg selv. Når du tar deg inn i leiligheten fra kaipromenaden, kommer du rett inn i leiligheten. Her kan du på varme sommerdager åpne den doble balkong/inngangsdøren og få følelsen av at du sitter rett på kaien, mens du nyter båtene som kommer inn i havna. Leiligheten er velutstyrt.
