We rent out our cozy single-family home in a quiet area overlooking Gillsvann, 300m from the beach in water, 600m to the sea. 4 bedrooms + TV lounge with daybed (160x270) + loft living room with sofa bed. 2 bathrooms with shower, living room, open kitchen-dining room with room for 20. Sleeps 10 + baby bed and/or mattress. Sunny terrace with garden furniture, gas grill, garden room with lounge, 250sqm lawn with trampoline. Short distance to nice bathing areas in fresh water and sea. 11 min to Dyreparken. Rented to families with children!

Upplev Smögen i denna villa med stora utrymmen och underbar terass med sol hela dagen. Plats för att äta, grilla och sola. Badmöjlighet inom 100 m och till barnvänligt bad ca 10min gångväg. Den kända Smögenbryggan ligger endast 20min bort och mataffären ca 5min, allt inom gångavstånd. Huset har 4 sovrum på övervåningen och där finns ett duschrum och toa. Here you live close to nature with only 200 m to the ocean and around 600 m to the closest swimming area. There are open social spaces with space for large parties, both inside and outside.
