NEWLY RENOVATED 2021 With our charming summer house you get one of Kegnæs's finest locations directly on the water, out to the beautiful beach meadow with swimming beach and bathing bridge. The large wooden terrace by the house allows you to find space in the sun at all times of the day, as well as enjoying your morning coffee while the ships pass by on Flensburgfjord. The light, water, and beautiful nature are absolutely magical on this part of Sydals. Walking and biking, fishing, kayaking and dinghy and kitesurfing are popular activities.

Fantastic holiday home with seaview, located in the attractive area close to the beach at Mommark Marina. The natural gathering point of the house is the beautiful living room, where the kitchen and living room are united in one. From the living room you access a charming south-east facing terrace with Seaview. The holiday home offers a spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, and a lovely bathroom with shower and sauna. Cozy house on the sea coast

Cozy house in a traditional Danish style, built in the 19th cent., was completely renovated in 2024. The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and kitchen, and an enclosed yard with a common grill area. It is located just a step away from the harbour, the marina and the Mariendal beach. The main street with shops and restaurants is within walking distance, 100 meters from the house ferry departs to the beautiful island of Bågo, famous for excellent fishing and great cycling routes.

Relax with the whole family in this serene space. Short distance (1,5 km ) to lovely beach, possibility to put boat in the water. The water is Svendborg healthy. Close to the Archipelago Trail which, among other things, is in Egebjerg hills. Blue Rock put and take is 500 meters from the house. Private parking right outside the door. Close to Svendborg, where there are ferries to the lovely South Funen archipelago.
