Very nice and modern apartment. Cozy and comfortable. We had difficulty using the heating in the house. It would also be great to add a microwave. For the rest, it was a very pleasant stay and I don't exclude coming back.

Flaminia is a wonderful host..friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and responded to all our queries immediately . Her apartment is extremely well equipped , spacious and well located. The furnishings are stylish and practical and we felt at home from the outset. It's one of the best airbnb's I've stayed in and hope to stay there again on my next visit to Santa Margherita!

Max & Davide are very welcoming and attentive. It was a pleasure to get to know them. The villa is perfectly located, and the grounds and building are out of a story book. Lots of history and the sound of the waves from the sea will drift you off to sleep.

The place is well located, in front is a large green area, which was important to us as we are traveling with a dog. There are several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The place was clean and quiet as windows went to the courtyard. With the windows closed, you hardly heard the street. The bathroom was very nice and also the kitchen very well equipped. Lorenzo was a very friendly host and always responded quickly to messages.

Absolutely stunning location. The views from the balcony and bedrooms are incredible. The gardens are full of lemon and orange trees which are beautiful. You can join the Blue Path at the bottom of the garden and walk to Vernazza and Corniglia. Pietro is really nice, offering lifts to pick us up in his car after a long walk. The only problem we had was the bedroom on the middle level isn't well insulated and was cold for us (it is December) but the other rooms were fine once the electric heaters had time to warm up. It's worth noting that access to the property is by relatively steep steps.

The place is beautiful. The view is breathtaking. Everything is spotless the bedding the bed linen the bath towels the kitchen is wonderfully equipped, the quality barbecue, the pizza oven and the hot tub is pure happiness!! When we arrived, we had an excellent aperitif. We had a beautiful and relaxing holiday. If I could, I'll give more stars. Again, thank you for these 10 days . Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is convenient and has plenty of storage space.
