Nice apartment 10 min walk to underground station. Easy to reach downtown Paris. Apartment has everything you need and it is very spacious and comfy. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay! Host has the place very clean and the decor is so fresh and modern. It is a very warm stay. The home is very well equipped had everything we needed to make dinner. We felt very comfortable. Beds were comfy. Host was amazing she was super sweet and helpful- great communication! Also the location is great near the metro and there is a convenient store on the corner everyone there is really nice too! I highly recommend staying here!!! We would 1000x return here.

Great value for money for this small apartment in a great location. Thanks to Sasha for personalized service, proactive information, and super quick replies. The apartment looks perfectly like the photos, the street is quiet and there are plenty of local shops. If you overcome the impact of the six floors on foot, Francois's apartment is really a pleasant place to return after a long day around Paris. The neighborhood is cozy, quiet, the house furnished in a thoughtful and elegant way, especially clean, as it sometimes does not happen to find. We felt at home!

Stayed at Charles place over a long weekend in Paris, the apartment is exactly like the picture, very cool retro theme. It's right by the metro which was perfect. Charles is a super responsive host, would highly recommend.

Nathalie's house is perfectly situated in the 10th arrondissement, a few steps from the metro and about three minutes' walk from numerous restaurants and convenience stores. It's a fantastic space full of great books and art, but also very warm and comforting to return to after a day exploring Paris. The stairs (six flights) are not for the elderly or unfit but the payoff is solitude and good views of the neighbourhood. Nathalie is also a helpful and communicative host.

Linda was very easy to communicate with, and the place is lovely! Super simple to get anywhere by either train or bus, and a great area to explore as well. Despite it being winter, there was a day that was sunny enough to have a tea on the balcony (rugged up!), which was really pleasant. Great to have a microwave, fridge, kettle and stove - so helpful. We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

David is a top host! We were several friends for my spouse's 30th birthday for a whole weekend. The place was exactly what we were looking for… charm, the old one, and greenery just 30 minutes from Paris. David had total confidence in us and was indescribably kind! Karaoke, lights, hot tub, ping pong, barbecue, everything was there… Thank you so much David for this weekend that will remain engraved in our memories! I hope to see you soon.

Valérian is very responsive. Large house, clean, located on fenced-in lot. Ultra quiet area a few minutes walk from RER C or N.

We stayed for 4 days and we were very happy about the place. We had enough space and the sauna was amazing.

Melanie's place was as described in the listing. It is a couple blocks away (about 5-10min walk) from the Metro line 7. There is a small portion of the walk from the metro where it might feel a little unsafe if youre walking alone but once you get past that area its generally a nice neighborhood and I was with my partner so it wasnt an issue for us. The bathroom is spacious as well as the living room. You can also cook your own food which is nice. Theres also a washer although we did not get to use it. It can get chilly at night but there was a portable heater which helped. The only downside I could think of was the toilet because its a bit cramped in space and inconveniently located but its not that big of a deal for us. The bed was comfortable and the property was overall okay for the price. If you want a quiet place to stay in the bustling city of Paris, this is what youre looking for. :)

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

we had a great time at Romains airbnb. Location was perfect. There are a ton of restaurants and shops all around. it was also very easy to walk or take the metro to a lot of big attractions. The place was very spacious for 2 people. Kitchen was well stocked. The neighbors cat kept visiting us from the window sill which was a plus! I would definitely recommend reserving Romains place for your visit in Paris.

Very quiet and easy house to stay in.Enzo-san is very kind to buy water, coffee, etc. on the day of arrival.Perfect for those who work remotely in the room or cook their own meals.I have used Airbnb in the 20th arrondissement, but this house is convenient because it is almost in the 16th district and a short taxi ride to Beauvais Airport and CDG. You are a lovely host.I can recommend it for you!

My friend and I had a great stay at Adele’s apartment! It was in the perfect location for us, as there was a lot to do within walking distance. The apartment itself made me feel very at home, with really lovely cozy views across the roofs of the town houses from the bedroom windows. At night it was very peaceful and quiet, which ensured a good night’s sleep. I would absolutely love to stay again next time I come to Paris.
