Vacation rentals in Vernazzano

Lovely stay just outside the center of Gubbio, a huge apartment, in fact we were all 7 of us. The host has provided helpful guidance on how and where to get around the city, including a hiking trail, busiest clubs, and folkloric events. A breakfast was also provided with packaged products, basic but satisfactory, we really appreciated it. For the rest, nothing to report, the apartment presented itself as per the directions and the perfect welcome.

When you stay with Fulvia you feel like you are a long lost relative coming for a visit! The surroundings are calming and picturesque and the home has a wonderful history as a restaurant. The house is very warm and inviting and spacious but maybe not good for those who crave minimalism. The AC works well and although there is no pool, the hot tub became a nice cool soak at night. She gave us a cooking class which was a wonderful experience and she arranged the menu around our likes and dislikes. She also had great recommendations for towns to visit and places to eat and also organized a wine tour close by. She and her family live on the ground floor, but it still feels private in the outdoor areas. We stayed there after a few days in Florence on our way to Rome and it was half way in between, so it was great location to visit towns on the way in and on the way out.

We had a lovely stay at Vignalunga with a group of friend’s for my husband’s 50th. Gaia was a fantastic host, helping with recommendations months before we even arrived, and responding quickly to any of our needs during our stay. The kids loved all the cats on the property (note this if you are allergic!) but they do not enter the house. She organized a great dinner on our arrival at the house, and the location is perfect for exploring the Val D’orcia. The only negatives we had were that the annexe house rooms were not as nice as the main villa, and the kitchen could be better equipped with some items (which Gaia has already taken on board). The dirt road leading to the house is also not the most pleasant drive as other reviewers have mentioned, but the views from the house are fantastic! Thank you Gaia & Petro for a great stay!

Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Alina was extremely helpful and always willing to help. The house was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. We would definitely recommend it and looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The holiday apartment was perfect for our stay! We had lots of space and everything was fully equipped. The apartment has lovely views of the surrounding area. We recommend all to stay here, and we hope to return soon.

A fantastic place to stay! Maria was a very responsive host and her daughter made us feel very welcome which was lovely after a long day cycling! We were able to lock our bikes up in the garage which was important to us. Very spacious, clean, quiet apartment with fabulous views . We had everything we needed for cooking and there was even a washing machine available. Highly recommend!

Even more beautiful than the photos - this house is a dream. The scenery is unreal and waking up to such peaceful views is a gift in this life. The house itself is really nicely laid out with spacious rooms and bathrooms all set apart from each other for maximum privacy. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival. We were two families who spent 4 days here with 4 children and we cooked Thanksgiving dinner. The house had all we needed to make a large meal and the children were entertained running around in the yard and exploring outside. The host, Janusz, is friendly, communicative, and proactive. 10/10 this house was absolutely beautiful- an unforgettable Thanksgiving for all of us.

We loved our stay at this beautiful place. The view and pool were just breathtaking. It’s a beautiful old building, and the book selection was amazing. Daniele was the perfect host. So responsive and helpful. We ate at his family restaurant up the road laconda almost every night, and the food was delicious. The cooking lesson he arranged for us with Francesca in the house was one of the highlights of our whole Italy trip. Thank you for some beautiful memories.

The apartment is really charming and spacious, very well cared for in the beautician and decor. We found it very clean. We were surprised to find it equipped with everything we could need. Really well above our expectations. The house has a lovely view, in a very quiet and peaceful location. Great base for exploring nearby by car. Really comfortable beds, two bathrooms equipped with everything. We felt right at home. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality. Final touch. We have a 6-year-old and it was very nice to discover new readings for him, also present in the house and available to guests. We felt right at home.
